We went with BBQ wings on the grill and a stinger. Also was able to try three different slices of pizza. Wonderful lady handling orders and a solid chef making the food. What a nicely ran pizza shop and you could tell they appreciated the business. The wings, fries, pizzas and stinger burger tasted great - the left overs the next day tasted just as good. The celery was fresh and the blue cheese was tasty. Thanks for making a late night search for pizza and wings go so well. Much appreciated!

My kids love this place so I thought it would try it. They don't make your pizza to order- we ordered a large pizza and it was clearly a mix of several different pizzas- a square with crusts all around and THEN A whole other set of crusts on the inside??? GEE THANKS!! A Frankenstein pizza that clearly only had cheese and pep but then they reheated some with mushrooms on it.Never again

Go-to and price performer for a quick bite before a show. Two different slices (must include honey garlic chicken) plus beverage and I'm content. Nice veg pizza options too. Locations handy to both UB and ArtPark venues, and friendly faces behind counter. Two thumbs up.

As a customer that use to come here daily this will be the last time I acquire service at this location. 10 min for soup and a slice just to be talked down to after asking why it's taking so long to serve soup. Thought my slice was left in the oven just for them to talk down to their customer and ultimately hand them a cold slice of pizza. Will never recommend again

Favorites is still doin it to em 5 years later! They're just as good as when I posted my initial review, if not, better. I ordered a Chicken Philly sub last night and it was so good!! I requested to have the souvlaki chicken in the sandwich instead of the chicken strips and I highly recommend that you do the same. We also ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, which was hefty enough to feed 2 small humans. The burger came with a huge portion of fries, cooked until GBD and perfectly crispy, as well as a dill pickle spear. The kids' chicken finger meal always goes over well and is a great value. It comes with 3 big chicken fingers, a massive portion of fries and a package of cookies! The cookies that they include have historically been Grandma's (brand) chocolate chip cookies, but last night they were Oreo's and I'm not mad about it. ( I mean, my child is not mad about it, cough cough. I definitely did not eat those Oreo's. Nope, not me.) Service is always top notch and last night was no exception! Our order was taken quickly, made to perfection and ready on time. The staff is always friendly - from the front of the house to the back of the house and the delivery drivers, too. What more could you ask for, except for....more??!!

I have ordered multiple times and my pizza is always undercooked, The blt subs I paid for are the worst blt subs I ever tasted. The service is sub-par and I miss the Italian owner that owned this location before favorites it is barely edible and everything tastes like garbage and or undercooked. Put on hold with no answer for a complaint. I won't accept the rudeness of the staff they hired. They don't deserve to be ruining the company image treating well paying customers like second class.I can assure nobody I know will ever order from here again . For the quality of the food I've paid there should be a huge discount. I tried to accept it but today was the last time. After the disrespect from the employees.
