When you enter the first thought is WOW. This place looks amazing! You get to the front and you’re greeted by big easy to read menus on the wall, all the food is out steaming hot. Speaking of the food it’s absolutely delicious. The pulled beef and chicken is the perfect consistency, the rice is perfectly cooked, the hot sauce (I got a buffalo bowl) is just enough to burn and spice it up but not over powering. Also tried a peanut butter protein smoothie and all together it...

Amazing place, and I very much hope they continue strong they're in a rather hidden location next to Aldis on Transit Rd a few blocks from North French Rd. If you're into places like Core Life, Chipotle, etc... this is just significantly better. You get a far higher quality food then Chipotle dumping pounds of salt into your chicken. Then you get actual good tasting food options like broccoli which isn't burned unlike most places. Then the portions are like...

Awesome healthy lunch and dinner option! We’ve tried most of the menu and never disappointed, although the jerk chicken thighs are a favorite. Portions are huge as well! Good for the kiddos
