Service prompt. The chicken salad was delicious and would be usable for sandwiches since there were no big chunks of chicken. The egg salad was also good. The chicken salad and the ham salad are made in house at each Federal location.

Frozen roast beef really… was looking forward to some good roast beef however it was dry and frozen! While this is not the normal quality we’ve received over the last 20 years this did not come as a surprise when it was recently received with our last purchase

Quality Products. Always happy with what I buy. Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, sausage stuffed mushrooms, ham salad, tuna Mac salad, fish fries. Everything is great flavor. Great price on eggs. The counter people are polite and know what's what. Thank you to all of them, they even carried out my bags for me to the car.

My wife and I shop at federal meats all the time, and to tell the truth we miss the NT store in payne ave Plaza. But, we will make the run to Ken ton no problem because we get tue best meats there. We have been customers since we both were children, myself at the parkview Plaza location, and her dad used to work for you for years.I feel spoiled by the wonderful staff, most of whom know their customers bu name. And the cleanliness of the store, we always have a good visit and look forward to said visit. I guess you could say, you have two customers gor life. I remember being a little kid shopping with my mother at federal, and always getting a sample of my favorite baloney from the counterman! A memory that I will never forget! We love federal meats for so many reasons, there isn't enough room here to tell them all. Thanks for being there for everyone who appreciates good value in meats and quality service!

My wife and I have been going to this federal market for over 40 years but after today we'll be taking our business elsewhere. One employee plus the store manager couldn't have been more rude unhelpful or apathetic. A simple request of the employee, a supposed meat expert, was such a waste of time due to his attitude and apathy that we left and went to Dash's to get what we were after. The butcher there couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant.The resultant conversation with the manager was equally un productive due to his attitude and apathy.
The meat and fish are exceptional.The worker this past Sat.made the whole shopping experience miserable though.He made a comment his baby was as smart as his dog now.We were really in shock.He treated us like we were a burden selecting our meats.Will go to another location next time.

Their selection and prices are second to none.since i started going to Federal's "2017 " i have never bought any steaks, burger, lunch meat or pork products anywhere but here. Love it there! You can get dinner ready to pop in the oven and all of your deli meat and future dinner meat all at once! Plus a decent selection of local foods and desserts! And the staff is very friendly!
