I attended lunch 5/23/22 I immediately can tell by looking at the spread that all the food was old. They actually put out the day before leftovers it was terribly disgusting I mean everything from the chicken to the rice was dry and rubbery. They should discard of the day before food and give it to a soup kitchen for a donation not put it out the following day. The food should always be served fresh I am truly disappointed.

You got what you paid!The surrounding & atmosphere are kind of outdated but it’s a greasy spoon’s personal charisma that attracts you!The real germ in my opinion falls into lo mein, hot&sour soup, honeydew and of course beef&broccoli!! Highly recommend for those who got tired with authentic Chinese food like China Taste or Hometaste!!!

For $12 you get what you paid for. Not much in terms of variety and some of the appetizers don't taste very good (namely the wonton being chewy and no taste with very little meat and the crab rangoon has a sour taste and mostly just the wrapper). I'd say stick to eating just the main dishes with eater lo main or rice and have it in several rounds to make your $12 worthwhile.

Horrible staff, the guy at the front desk had no clue what he was talking about. I went there with my kids 8 and 10 year olds they got charged adult prices. Food selection for lunch is minimal for the price definitely not worth it. You are better off getting Chinese take out before coming here. This was my first and last time I would come to this buffet

First time coming to a buffet in Buffalo and it was actually quite peaceful and the food was fresh, the place was clean and everything was delicious

Food wasn't fresh and they use cheap plastic plate, spoon forks. Worst part is they want you to reuse them as they didn't put any trash bin around the dining area. Terrible.

Worse food in buffalo couples of plates no fish at all little shrimp and chicken that's all not really clean and the guy on front desk is wild, do not know how treats customers service never clean up the table as usually does in all buffet

What a wonderful surprise! Lunch this past Sunday at Feng Lin was better than my pre-covid memory of this buffet. The main dining out experience I have missed the most the past 20 months or so has been Chinese buffet. Sunday's lunch felt like a reward for patience. The food was all fresh and hot. I enjoyed the creamed cheesy spinach and the seafood bake, as well as a couple more chicken dishes. The hot and sour soup was better than I'd remembered, the medium more like broth than gravy. All covid precautions were in place, including plastic gloves. I'm sure, like all restaurants and most businesses these days, Feng Lin is also short of staff. But that didn't prevent the staff who were there from being pleasant and attentive. Thanks, Feng Lin, for a delightful repast.

First, The service is horrible almost non existent. I had to refill my own drink twice. The use cheep styrofoam plates and cheep plastic silverware. It was impossible to even put the fork threw the General Tso chicken. The food was beyond horrible. Zero taste. The buffet is very small compared to the other buffets in town.Take your money somewhere else. These rude people need to step up their game BIG TIME!!!

I have been going in several times a month this summer to help out local restaurants since I work in the industry as a server. I'm done with this place !! Absolutely the rudest staff I have come across. Also the food is not what it use to be. I miss the sushi. The last time the tall young gentleman that works the counter just grabbed the silverware and walked away while I was still trying to grab my plastic gloves. Not one employee in this place knows how to say please or thank you or have a nice day. I turned around and walked out. They will not see another dime out of me. Too many other great Chinese Buffets in the area that put this one to shame and appreciate our business.
