The employees at this location have always been friendly and courteous. The food is great, but a little pricey. Caution: Be certain you want a lot of fries if you order a side of fries, because fries upon fries is what you will receive.The interior can be a little loud at times and you might need to clean up your table a bit before dining as the establishment turns out food at a rapid rate so tables turnover frequently.

While the burgers were outstanding as usual,we had a problem with the French fries. Our order of 4 burgers and 2 regular fries came to 48$ and change. I watched as a cook put many small cups of fries into bags and then loaded the bags with more fries! When they got to my order, they filled the regular size cups to just below the rim of the cup and never put any more in the bag. I paid over 13.00 for those 2 order of fries and we were ripped off. It was our first visit to this location on Delaware Ave. In Buffalo.

Great burgers. Fries are good but they over salt them and the bags burst on the bottom from the juice from the all the way toppings. Definitely need better bags, other then that it's a great place to grab something to eat.

Worst Bacon Burger I've ever had from a Five Guys restaurant. One piece of lettuce, two very very very dry patty's and bottom of the barrel bacon scraps. I've never experienced anything like this from this chain but I know that I'm never ordering from this location again.
