Fontana's Pizza & Sandwich Shoppe

Finally.... found an authentic WNY pizza like I grew up with in the 70s. Excellent sauce.... Plenty of cheese and pepperoni cooked the way it's supposed to be. And best of all at a reasonable price point. Highly recommend!!!!

Picked up a couple pizzas quick on way back to hotel. Pizza was not good. Looked like it was something out of a frozen pizza box and our pepperoni was burnt. Not very friendly when placing call or picking up. Wish I grabbed some pics.

Wouldn’t take my order at 715pm when they close at 8pm. They promote on their site they are open until 9pm too so that’s wrong apparently

Interested in the finest Italian takeout secret in Western New York? You would be hard pressed to find better food than Fontana's in the Roesler Plaza. I have tried their Lasagna, Stuffed Shells and their superb Chicken Parmesan to my complete satisfaction and talk about value for your money: no item on their amazing Pasta menu is over 12.95. This place is worth the review!

Walked by once , walked back by and just had to stop in for an early dinner and everything was fantastic , down to the last bite !
Saw the whole crew , everyone was nice and friendly !!
We will be coming back for sure !!

1st of all customer service sucked by a OLDER gentleman VERY IGNORANT. I was asking him a couple questions my reply was I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS ! I ordered a roast beef and fries and also a single wing BBQ over $30 . UNFORTUNATELY NOT A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT AS I STUCK TO THE FLOOR IN MY FLIP FLOPS , BATHROOM FILTHY DIRT AROUND TOILET ? AND BASEBOARDS. AFTER TODAY WITH THE DISRESPECT I WAS GIVEN ILL NEVER NEVER COME BACK OR REFER THIS ESTABLISHMENT . MANY PLACES TO GO EAT ON CLINTON STREET SO SAD ?

Wheelchair accessibility: This place has wonderful food, awesome staff. But the owner has no respect at all for handicap people and wheelchairs. A lady was in a wheelchair leaving value and she had to ride off the curb because the owner parks his truck, where the wheelchairs go off. And before I blamed it on the owner, I did ask who's white truck that was. That man parks his truck in a no park zone all the time. Just because he owns Fontana's. Shame on him.

I went here yesterday for the first time..The place smelled like cigarettes which turned me off to began with..I wanted to try the pizza..I got the 2 slices&pop deal..It was terrible &small.The pizza looked like it was school pizza&tasted terrible.I was really disappointed the pizza didn’t taste like it was from a pizzeria..

Absolutely love ❤ it here the cashier sweet heart funny food was hot good perfect huge order of French fries like a meals worth. Atmosphere is charming a real family owned feeling to the seating available restaurant. Be back sooon
