I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. Everything—from the appetizers to dessert—was excellent. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place

5 stars is not enough for Frankie Primo’s!! Everything was superb! For an appetizer we had the meatballs with sauce and fresh bread. For my main course it was Chicken Palermo with Penne. Cooked to perfection, chicken was light and flavorful with just the right amt of sauce and cheese to set it off!! His was the Gastronomia! One of the best panini ever! Spicy but not too spicy. Can’t wait for our next lunch/dinner date.

Emily, the hostess, was very kind to us when we told her we were from Texas and made an awesome list for us to see her beautiful city, and waitress Haley was very nice; she treated us extremely well and was very friendly and brought us great service. Michaela and Emily were absolutely amazing, I’m an over the road truck driver, I called a head wondering about the parking situation in the downtown area around Frankie Primos, Emily Answered the phone very Professional, and actually located me a parking spot prior to arriving giving me landmarks straight to the spot. After Emily seated me she took my order and then Michaela came over and introduced herself as my waitress, she brought out hot bread and dipping oil then shortly after my food arrives at the table all of this happened with in 15 or so minutes of sitting down at the table! They are both wonderful at there jobs and They are both a Major Asset For The Frankie Primos!
I tried their pasta and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The pizza was very good too!
The atmosphere is lively, the staff are friendly, and everything feels made with care.

Frankie Promos was such a wonderful dining experience for Mom and me. We decided to order half portions so we could try a little of everything, and both dishes were outstanding.
One dish had tender mushrooms in a velvety white sauce rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The other had braised beef with a light red sauce that was topped with hazelnuts. At first, I thought the hazelnuts were an unusual choice, but they added a great texture and ended up having a great crunch at the end.
For drinks, we had a mule served in the traditional copper cup with ginger beer and a bright lemony twist. Very refreshing!
To finish, the complimentary limoncello was the perfect ending smooth, citrusy, and such a thoughtful touch that left us smiling.
Overall, Frankie Promos delivered an unforgettable meal with excellent flavors and hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!

I got the salad with Italian tuna. Granted it wasn't what I was expecting but it was still good. Imagine a salad with a can of tuna on top...again, not complaining...it just wasn't what I imagined. Service was decent and other than the vagrant mumbling at us from the sidewalk, it was a very nice experience.
