Went for small family brunch and had a great experience. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Included complimentary danish table and limoncello shots with our bill. Service was perfect and staff friendly. We left full and satisfied. Already talking about when we are going back.

Every time we have visited the food was consistent tonight 11/13 for some reason was a miss Finnichio salad was only arugula no fennel or orange or grapefruit at all? The chicken sausage greens and beans had barely any chicken sausage? Hoping this was a one time miss we love going there and visit 2-3 times a month.

I recommend the restaurant, the food is good. Unfortunately the night we went they were out of several dishes when we got there (6pm), after we ordered the server came out about 25 minutes later to tell several in our party they were out of the dishes they ordered. The one thing I didn’t like was that they don’t allow you to make any changes to the dishes. Per their menu they picked the ingredients for a reason. Im sure they know best but if you don’t like certain ingredients it makes it difficult to choose. As a picky eater, that limited my choices to basically their pizza and even then I had to pick things off of it. I even had difficulties picking out a drink, for example a spicy margarita was listed on their specialty cocktails, I ordered just a regular margarita. It was awful! Someone in our party ordered the cheese wheel, it’s so special/secretive they don’t even list it on their menu. That was very cool how they prepared it at the table.
5 stars is not enough for Frankie Primo’s!! Everything was superb! For an appetizer we had the meatballs with sauce and fresh bread. For my main course it was Chicken Palermo with Penne. Cooked to perfection, chicken was light and flavorful with just the right amt of sauce and cheese to set it off!! His was the Gastronomia! One of the best panini ever! Spicy but not too spicy. Can’t wait for our next lunch/dinner date.

Emily, the hostess, was very kind to us when we told her we were from Texas and made an awesome list for us to see her beautiful city, and waitress Haley was very nice; she treated us extremely well and was very friendly and brought us great service. The food truly was fresh and Italian, and the inside of the building was nice. Thank you to the kind staff.

Michaela and Emily were absolutely amazing, I’m an over the road truck driver, I called a head wondering about the parking situation in the downtown area around Frankie Primos, Emily Answered the phone very Professional, and actually located me a parking spot prior to arriving giving me landmarks straight to the spot. After Emily seated me she took my order and then Michaela came over and introduced herself as my waitress, she brought out hot bread and dipping oil then shortly after my food arrives at the table all of this happened with in 15 or so minutes of sitting down at the table! They are both wonderful at there jobs and They are both a Major Asset For The Frankie Primos!
