My food and customer service was amazing. There was only person working (they had blonde hair, with the shaved cut style). They were absolutely amazing and their energy was great. However, to make that poor employee work all by themselves on a Friday lunch when the mall is packed is ridiculous. I get the staffing issue in food service because I work in food too, but I would absolutely never let my establishment have only one person working. It’s not fair to them at all.

Let me begin by saying the food was well made and the service I received was stellar. For that I would give it 4 stars. The reason for my 1 star is as follows.When I was at this establishment there was only one woman working, me and her spoke about it and it turns out this is a common occurrence. Having one employee working, in a busy mall food court, and pulling a double shift without getting a break is atrocious. It's for this reason I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. The owner should be ashamed of how their employees are treated

I wish I could give this a negative star rating. This place is an absolute horrible joke. They're not open when they supposed to be, employees are always on their phone 45 minutes for a single juice drink which is an absolute joke. The service is terrible for the quality is terrible I would avoid this place at all cost.

Friday November 25th - 2022 - My family and I were visiting Buffalo, NY from California over the Thanksgiving Holidays. We happened to be in the Galleria Mall and went to Fresh Healthy Café for lunch. Have never been there before. I ordered a Fresh Squeeze orange juice for $7. This thin semi-tall African American young lady (I think wearing glasses) ran back and forth trying to manually squeeze the oranges to trying to use the automate Orange squeeze machine which didn't work. While the store was on/off busy due to lunch time and holiday rush, I was just shocked how many staff just looked the other way when she was begging for help. She could have easily given up and came to me and said the machine is broken or please order something else. She did not become discouraged when no one would help her. She didn't lose sight that customer has been waiting for 20min. She even apologized for the wait. She just kept trying to find a solution no matter what. Eventually she went back to the large automated Orange Squeeze machine, re-read the instructions and success! The machine worked!!!! She learned that larger oranges did NOT fit and jammed the machine. This young lady took the initiative to learn, to overcome and move forward when no one would help her, to have the humility to genuinely apologize for a delay and she never once gave up! She truly has the making of a great leader! If we had our own company I would hire her immediately! After nearly 25 minutes she gave me the juice and again apologized. My wife and I gave her a $20 tip! We are sad and we didn't get her name and only snapped the picture of the store as we left.

Currently here and have been waiting about 15 mins for 2 smoothies...the strawberry smoothie was more like a slushee.....mostly water. The employees seem to have no sense of urgency. Every time I come here it's slower than the last...I loved this restaurant when it was on French Rd but unfortunately it has crashed and burned here at the Walden Galleria mall. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I'm still trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt

If you’re thinking of getting a catering order for your business from here find somewhere else. Order was supposed to be ready by 11. By 1130 the girl at the counter told me it would be ready for another 10 minutes. Then waited until noon before it was finally finished.Never even received an apology from the employees. Nothing but eye rolls and checking their phones while they should have been working. The owner does not care about customer service at all

Their Green Lemonade is delicious. Unfortunately, the service is glacial and laughably unprofessional. We waited more than 30 minutes for one juice drink. At the 15 minute mark, the employees at the counter stopped working to shop for shoes. It was so strange. A man had shopping bags full of sneakers. The employees proceeded to open shoe boxes and negotiate prices. If i hadn't already paid, I would have left. Felt like a hidden camera show situation. Avoid this juice bar.
I love the food here, but on May 21st 2022, I witnessed some of the worst service ever. A worker, DeAndrea sat on the counter to cross it to hang out with her friends in the food court. Then she crossed it again to go back to work when her co-worker called for her help. I waited for 20 mins to get service. Like I said, I like the food here and I usually get great service. Today was just off.

We were happy to see a healthy food option in the mall, however we didn’t have a good experience with them. The food was so over priced for the portion they gave you. The whole paninis cost 12 dollars that barely enough for one meal. You’d better get subway foot long sub for cheaper. Even the price was high, the quality was poor. I ordered bbq chicken panini, the panini was soaked with too much sauce and there were just several pieces of chicken. My husband ordered turkey bacon panini, which was dry and bitter, which also barely had any meat in it. We also had smoothies from them, the flavor was also bad. I got mango maniac smoothie, which didn’t taste like mango at all, more like coconut banana smoothie. I personally wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Great shakes but Hours are inconsistent- not same as court or mall. I wonder if the owner knows they are missing out on business while paying mall rents?

Extremely slow and unprofessional. I order a chicken cesar wrap and there was no chicken, plus I waited 45 mins for that and there was only 1 order before me. Very disappointed it could be an amazing popular place but their employees are awful.

Today was like my sixth time at Fresh Healthy Cafe and it was my worst experience yet. As usual, ordered my avocado dream smoothie (regular size) and I decided to try out their avocado toast. First, the wait was iffy. Second, the service I received was iffy at best. There were 2 women working. The one that took my order and made my order had her AirPods on so when I was stating my order I had to repeat it multiple times since she said she couldn’t hear me. And neither women acknowledged me for at least 3 minutes before saying I’ll be right with you. Now, back to the smoothie. The 3-5 times before this time that I had the smoothie it was spectacular. This time around the smoothie was chunky, not green, appeared to have ingredients that wasn’t in it the last several times I ordered it, flavor was off, and the size of the cup did not seem right for what I ordered. Now, I wouldn’t be this critical if the smoothie was less expansive but it isn’t! Back to the avocado toast, the toast was tasty but nothing special but I would get it again.
