The staff member working the hibachi grill was anything but friendly. When I asked if she could fill a bowl with some sriracha, she responded with a snappy ,”you don’t know how to get it yourself?” I thought that since it was behind the counter, it wasn’t self-serve.

We went on for Sunday lunch, and it was busy and loud. Food was okay, typical of a Chinese buffet. Dishes went fast and were promptly refilled, and dirty plates were taken away promptly.

Well you serve your self, please read the prices before you go and I say some food was worth going especially if you get it from the flat top grill

To start my Coke was brought to me with a fortune cookie paper stuck on the inside of the glass. Was more difficult than you’d have thought to get a replacement.

Next I was super frustrated to hear the one hostess telling incoming guests at 2:45/2:50pm that they have to pay the dinner price (website states that as long as you’re seated by 3pm and check out by 3:30 it’s still lunch). When I heard another guest question her about it, realized that the clock they have on the wall is set about 10 mins ahead (honest mistake or sneaky tactic, who knows).

But what is still bothering me THREE DAYS later is that when I paid for my meal, they put an additional $10 hold on my card. When I went back to ask about it (assuming they’d mischarged me and would refund me), they got really nasty with me and said that “we’ll still be here” and to come back in a few days if it doesn’t get released. So warning- if you’ve budgeted for a meal out, don’t be surprised if you get caught short because they charge an additional hold.

Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Today I went with my son and my father to eat here for dinner. First of all we got 1 plate, we sat an started to eat. Then we were getting disturbed by someone who worked there it was a tall man, blonde hair. Started to pretty much harass my 2 year old son. Saying rude things to him, leaning over me and my father’s shoulder. Wouldn’t leave us alone what so ever the entire time we were there. Then we decided to pay because we felt beyond uncomfortable that he wouldn’t leave us alone and he wouldn’t leave MY 2 YEAR OLD SON alone. Once we paid. The waiter pretty much boxed us is so we pretty much had to push our way out. Then once we were up and walking away the man with the blonde hair started to follow me and my son and said more things. We always loved going here but after today absolutely not. I have never ever felt more uncomfortable in my life somewhere that I took my family too. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
