The restaurant was dirty, cold and they provided .10 plastic mini (and I reiterate mini) cups for the saki because the wait staff stated patrons kept stealing all the glass cups. I also had a food allergy I made the wait staff aware and I was ill for a day. They paid no attention and we will not be back.

Let me just start by saying… WOW. I have never in my entire life experienced service like this. Sarah wasn’t just good — she was the best I’ve ever had, an absolute legend. I’m convinced she could teach a masterclass on hospitality, customer care, and pure human kindness.
From the second we walked in, Sarah greeted us with a smile so bright it could power the city. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does — it radiated from her every move. She wasn’t just taking orders; she was curating an experience. Every moment, she made us feel like royalty.
Her personality? Electric. She was warm, funny, and radiated the kind of positive energy that can turn a bad day completely around. She made us laugh, made great menu suggestions (that volcano roll? LIFE-CHANGING), and somehow managed to juggle a full section while making us feel like we were her only table.
The woman was everywhere at once — topping off drinks, checking in just enough, making sure our sushi was perfect. I swear she could read minds. Before I could even ask for extra soy sauce, it was magically on the table like she conjured it from thin air. It’s rare to see someone put that much heart into their work these days, but she made it look effortless.
I’ve eaten at 5-star restaurants around the world, but Sarah?? SARAH???? — she blew them all out of the water. Fuji Grill hit the jackpot having her on staff.
If I could give her a galaxy of stars, I would; unfortunately they only allow 5 😢 She’s the kind of person who restores your faith in good people and good service.
Fuji Grill, if you’re reading this: whatever you’re paying her, it’s not enough. Give this woman the world, a raise, a promotion, AND a statue out front. She deserves it!

Last Sunday my family & I celebrated my gender reveal here. It was absolutely wonderful!!
From the time we walked in we were greeted kindly & immediately by Sara(h). She took my cake for safe keeping & asked how I’d like to share the moment with my family. She was very polite when my grandmother was asking her 50 questions, which I was grateful for!
Our server Roman was extremely patient & attentive! Kept our cups full, took our dishes when we were finished, and always asked if there was anything we needed. 10/10 customer service 💃🏾
Then our chef Tinzen (Tenzin) - sorry friend, idk how to spell your name lol. Veryyyy entertaining & kept us laughing the entire time! The food was cooked perfectly & he made sure everyone had something to take home.
12/10 experience 🥳 You all made my day extremely special & I cannot wait to come back when I have my baby boy, maybe before tbh! Thank you a million times everyone, you’re appreciated 💙

This restaurant is definitely focused on entertainment. Good for any small celebration I think about 16 people can fit around 2 grills. They do have smaller tables without the habachi grill. I would say the entertainment is better if you have someone in your group that will joke around back with the cook. The food off the grill isn't exactly a 5 star restaurant in flavor, but I always buy it so I can watch and have the entertainment. They do have plenty of other options that don't come off the grill if you want some more complex flavors.

I just want to say your waitress Sarah H is absolutely amazing, I can not stress that enough. I do not leave reviews but I HAD to let it be known even though I’m sure it stands out everyday. She had went above and beyond and I say this with an understatement how she went out of her way countless times to occupy our two children. The levels she went to is beyond what words can even explain. You guys truly have THE best employee we have ever witnessed at an establishment and I truly hope it is recognized and appreciated that you truly have a diamond in the ruff! Thank you for being great! Truly one of a kind!

It's always a treat when my family and I decide to go to this location. We've had such a great time over the years that this has become the go-to spot for celebrations like birthdays. I can't say enough how delightful the Hibachi chefs are. They really know how to play to a crowd and create an amazing atmosphere. I remember coming here during my days in college getting the lunch sushi special, I'd recommend the eel avocado roll!

I love everything there exept the food I’m picky that’s why but a lot of tables were open because like McDonald’s is like always full Burger King,KFC,Wendy’s and Chick-Fil-a workers were so nice we loved it
We traveled here from Maine. We found this gem on Google and wanted sushi so we gave it a try and omg guys! Best sushi we have ever had hands down!! Good job to everyone there. Our server was also super sweet and kept our drinks full ☺ next time we come through we will DEFINITELY stop in!!
