We always have a great experience here. The place is cozy and comfortable, everyone is welcoming and the food is excellent. Had New Year’s Eve dinner and the specials were amazing, especially the grouper dish. One of our go to places!
The red sauce was watery and bitter, my pasta was cooked a week ago, my waitress smelled like smoke and gasoline, and I wouldn't eat here again if I was chewing with someone else's mouth I don't know what happened to their talented chef Jeremy I don't know if they're cutting corners down there they don't want to pee talented people anymore.

Honestly some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I just found this restaurant by luck and it made our whole trip! Our server Nicole was incredible and I know our experience wouldn’t have been the same without her. Highly recommend and I know we will be back soon! ☺️
Went here for my birthday meal this year. I had the Steak Giacobbi and got the Muddled blackberry bourbon cocktail for a drink. The steak was cooked to the perfect temp and the meal came with a side of spaghetti as well. My partner had the Tortellini ala Giacobbi which she enjoyed. I liked the steak meal and really enjoyed the cocktail, so I would definitely return to try other things on their menu. In terms of the service experience, we ate outside as the weather was nice enough for it and we had a great server who was pretty attentive despite covering tables inside and out.
came here while visiting SUNY Buffalo. Had the bread plate (they charge extra for bread!!!) It was two huge garlic knots and a small french baquette with melted butter and herbs and butter and garlic. Very good, but really, why do i need to pay for bread??? Had pasta ala vodka with peppers and chicken. the peppers totally overwhelmed the pasta and the vodka sauce was way to creamy/ almost milky. couldn't finish it. Had the margherita pizza, tasted more like Dominos pizza. Not sure if I would come back. Service was great though
Absolutely amazing! Food was incredible and the service was outstanding!
We had such a good time here. The food was excellent ( and plentiful) and the staff was great. A big shout out to our waitress Nicole for making the evening so memorable.
I was looking forward to coming back here to dine with my 2 Daughters for about a year. My first experience here was fantastic. Best chicken parm I’ve had out. My Daughters favorite dish. Things started out poorly and escalated from there. There was no bread to start off with. Apparently they ran out. Service was on the slow side but, I wasn’t in a hurry and I’ll wait for good food. Second disappointment was my pasta fagioli. It was luke warm at best and the celery and carrots were crunchy. Third disappointment was my Caesar salad. Hardly any dressing on it. Very blah. Then out came the stuffed banana peppers and arincci. Peppers were good, Arincci had a hair embedded in one of them(taken off bill). At this point, I’m thinking the entries will smooth things over. Wrong. Both my Daughters did get their chicken parm and both were decent but, nothing to write home about. Cheese was more on the burnt side and not enough sauce. Not enough sauce on the side of pasta either. I got the spicy rigatoni with chicken. Chicken was very dried out and not seasoned well at all. My rigatoni were dry also. Again, nowhere near enough sauce to flavor it and no spice whatsoever. Needless to say, it was nothing like my first visit and very disappointing to say the least. I go out to eat often and this is the first time I’ve ever left a review.
Great food and a good atmosphere!

Great Italian. We had gnocchi with a big meatball, shrimp scampi. And surprise, two places I know well, bourbon country and Buffalo, join in Allentown! Two tasty bourbon cocktails. Prices are very reasonable. Neighborhood, close to the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Historic Site, has notable bars and restaurants. Staff makes you right feel at home.
I really hate to write a less than stellar review of a restaurant that is open during the pandemic , much less for one open for take out on Christmas Eve. For background, this was my first visit after passing by for the last two plus years. One friend dines there with her family prior to events at Kleinhans Music Hall. So I sort of took that as an endorsement. My bad. I ordered two meals Shrimp Papardelle and Chicken Milanese. I did ask to sub the arugula salad on the chicken with pasta al oilo and peppers and onions. The reason for my low rating for the meals, yes both, was in a word - bland. As in flavorless, uninspiring. True there was flavor in breading on the chicken but the use of any spices seemed to stop there. As for the shrimp? I was informed that “there may have been some sort of cheese on it.” Pranzo felice it was not.
Found this restaurant after spending a harrowing afternoon in the ICU at Buffalo General with an ill friend. Very welcoming and friendly. Relaxed with a glass of cabernet, caesar salad and chicken piccata. Highly recommend.
