The absolute best chicken cutlets in wny. The milanese is incredible. the salad that comes as a soup or salad choice is the best included salad ive ever had with a meal. the bread with olive oil and fava bean hummus is my favorite bread service around. Let's not forget the awesome and welcoming staff that always makes us feel like family. Yesterday my wife had a beet salad special that was in her opinion better (by far) than the ones she has had at the western door and other "high end" restaurants. Very reasonable prices as well especially considering the quality of the food.

I've eaten here before and I have reservations about giving this restaurant a review since I know people who work hereThey had a New Year's Eve special menu which wasn't all that different from the regular menu except more expensive food.I ordered the artichoke fritter which was good but why do Italian restaurants feel the need to put red peppers in everything? I can't eat them and it wasn't in the description . So not happy with that. The salad however and the house dressing was really good.Now this is a Sicilian restaurant. I grew up eating this type of food my whole life. One of the specials was chicken Milanese. You really can't make a mistake with that but never in my life did I have deep fried chicken Milanese in an Italian restaurant. Mine was over cooked and dry and breading was darkI was told the owner was out sick and staff in the kitchen took over.On the other hand the bar service was excellent and our server was extremely attentive. My bad I didn't complain about my meal. I will not speak for the others at my table. I'll probably come back when there's a normal menu.

Went there for dinner and was pleasantly impressed. Rack of lamb I had was cooked just liked I asked. All the food was delicious. Definitely would recommend them for a nice quiet evening. Service was great.

We had our office holiday party catered here for the second year in a row. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. We had a bunch of different appetizers, which were all very good. The food overall was good. It's a cute little restaurant. Nice and cozy.

We went with another couple to Gigi's last night I was there one other time with my wife. The first time was very enjoyable. Food was great and the service was acceptable given that we weren't in a hurry anyway.Our latest visit had no service delays whatsoever. Food was great, our water glasses were always full, the owner came by to ask us how our meal was. We were literally waited on by no less than 3 people. They run a tight ship. Couldn't have been happier to enjoy our time together again at Gigi's. We will be back.
