Gino's NY Pizza ( University Plaza )

The pizza just sits out for god knows how long I went there 2 days ago and got sick from the pizza

Pizza was not fully cooked, and the dough was chewy, and glossed with cheese. I won't order again.

It's solid NY style pizza. Their cheese pizza is great, though it is floppy and greasy. If you're hoping for a crispy no flop crust, this isn't the place. The sauce is not sweet like most Buffalo places, but savory. You can taste the tomatoes and I really enjoyed it. Their pepperoni pizza on the other hand tasted excessively salty to me. I've tried their desserts, and they are good but $6 for a small slice of cake seems like a lot.

As always, our takeout was hot and delicious. When we picked up our online order, two workers actually thanked us for the tip we added. They work hard, and it's nice to know they didn't expect it but appreciated it. Thanks Gino's!

Pretty solid NY pizza

Best NY Style pizza in the Buffalo/Niagara Region! Just had their Greek salad, too, and not only was it delicious, it was enough to last 2 days!! They offer a variety of foods and all look great! Don't forget to try their garlic knots!

Ordered a ham sub. In my opinion the ham was a cheap cut of ham. It tasted like a sub from a corner store. I'm used to a better cut of meat.

I went there for lunch and ordered a cheeseburger sub and coke from a girl behind the counter paid for it in full and was told it would be 15 minutes
After 15 or 20 min they asked me what I ordered and I told them and they said they had no record of the order
The girl was no longer there . Out doing deliveries or something to verify I paid
They made the sub reluctantly I waited another 15 min making me feel like a thief or something
He gave me my sub with no apologies.
They don't give receipt unless you ask
All I can say is I've got better things to do than rip off a sub from a pizza joint and if you replay your camera you'll see I paid

Our pizza was received burnt. Badly. We reached out to Slice (app we ordered through) and Gino’s said there was nothing they could do. Really disappointed not only in our $100 order but the customer service too.
