What a great accident this ended up being! Not only did we spend 1 1/2 hours with our dining experience, we progressed to the bar to enjoy a few more drinks. Molly, Kate, and Casey were very accommodating. The food and how it was all prepared...omg... genius with the ingredients. Every attention to detail! I mean, when the whipped cream on the creme brule is infused with lemon, grapefruit, and vermouth... who does that? This place is special on our list!

My wife and I were dining at Graylynn last night when an emergency personal situation arose. The hostess and our server became aware of our situation and their immediate empathy and concern was amazing and made us feel entirely supported during a very stressful time. This incredibly positive customer service was among best we have ever received and a shining reflection on how this great restaurant is run. If you value a business that places your experience foremost then Graylynn is a place for you.

I went with two friends and the three of us shared a bunch of drinks: the forbidden zone, peacock, vision quest, milk punch, and old maid) as well as the oyster civiche, fish and frites, duck breast, the warm winter salad and the creme brûlée. Everything was exquisite, deliciously prepared, and we didn’t need any boxes because we. Ate. It. All. The service was amazing (thank you Cheryl!) and the atmosphere was so cozy. 12/10 will be back.

The Roma is a to-die-for cocktail. The gin equivalent to a Margherita Pizza. As a non-native to Buffalo, I will be back next time I'm in the areaDietary restrictions: Non-alcoholic options for those searching

I've had drinks there before but this was my first dinner. We did light plates. The scotch egg was excellent - not the best ever, a little light on umani flavor in the coating, but perfectly cooked with the whites done and the yolk still molten. The pastie was nice, the plate had three small pasties. The crust was nice, a little flakier than a traditional English pastie. But the flavor was very good, and the green chutney sauce was nice (could have used a bit more mint, and I personally would have preferred a little more heat to the sauce. Drinks were excellent! And Kat was a phenomenal server, and did an excellent, but not at all overbearing, in trying to suggest additional items. One of the best waitresses I've had in a long time.

We had previously been to Lucky Dog Whiskey Cafe and wanted to try Graylynn, since we saw they had a hand pie on the menu. We typically don't drink gin but I decided to try one of the cocktails. My husband had a Diet Coke. I liked the drink and found it to be a balanced taste. We did not like that refills on pop were extra. It was from a fountain and not a can, for one. Also, not everyone drinks or drinks gin for that matter. We've had drinks at plenty of bars and they usually don't charge for pop and if they do it's just the first one. For the food, we started each with a salad. The salad was amazing. 5/5. I would go back just based on this alone. For our entrees, we got the chicken tika masala. We originally planned in hand pies but saw that it was recommended on their board. We were very underwhelmed with the chicken tika masala. It was ok but nothing extraordinary. My husband particularly did not like it. I didn't mind it. It just was not what I was expecting and found it disappointing. While our entree disappointed, we would like to go back and give it another try with a different entree.

You already know their cocktails are amazing. But people should know how awesome their food is. Order the duck, fries, and any of the sandwiches and you'll be happy.

cute vintage/deco bar, good for a cocktail. Usually gets a good crowd & has seating. Good dirty martinis.
