It was my first time booking a business event at the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Airport. The head of Sales and Catering Director were helpful and accommodating. They took the time to answer all my questions. Lots of parking!

Wonderful all around! I’m on a cross country road trip and I am so happy I listened to the reviews. Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room. I took advantage of the hot tub and had it to myself in the morning. Lots of breakfast options with made to order eggs. Easy access if you are continuing on to Niagra Falls.

Stayed over the weekend for a basketball tournament. The ladies that checked us in at the front desk were accommodating and their customer service skills were amazing. I would recommend this property.

First time in Buffalo, this hotel far exceeded expectations and was a joy to come back to after a day spent touring around with my kids. Pool was great, mini suite was perfect. All around excellent experience.

We stayed overnight prior to an early flight. Check-in was quick and easy and my Hilton Honors benefits were explained clearly. We had a desert from the restaurant and it was better than I expected, quite delicious. Most impressively, the room was dead quiet. No doors slamming to be heard, no aircraft taking off, not more than a whisper of traffic noise. This is a solid concrete building and it's unlikely you will hear people walking around above you or much of anything else.

What can you say about the Hilton? Great rooms, comfy beds, good food and drink plus convenience to the Buffalo Airport. They were very accommodating to us when our flight to Jamaica was canceled. They booked us the same room and even saved us money. Food was good as well as the drinks (but pricey). I only wish they had a shuttle to take us into town for dinner. Great stay and planning another stay in March 2023.

Wow changes are needed. Customer service below average except for Airport shuttle driver who is excellent. We have utilized this hotel for many years flying out of BUF airport. I realized prior to booking the hotel is in need of a complete room refresh but did not expect the bed sheets to be so thin, large holes were in the sheets. Simply put both laundry and housekeeping failed. Prior to this review I was contacted the to complete the standard customer service questionnaire.Managements response failed to mention any discussion or corrective action which leads one to believe they don't care. BOOK ELSEWHERE.

Very clean and comfortable room. Amanda at their restaurant was very helpfully, pleasant and courteous, great food and drinks too. Our shuttle to the airport was quick and on time. We had a late flight back and Jay was their to pick up in a flash, he was kind, and very pleasant to talk to.
Very convenient location near the Buffalo Airport, just a 5-minute drive. There is also a free shuttle available. Room was comfortable and clean. Despite the proximity to the airport, I was not bothered my plane noise. Chose here as it provided the best value in this hotel category.

This hotel is meh. It had great reviews which was why we booked it. It needs some updates, repairs and most of all, a deep cleaning. The wallpaper is pealing bad in the bathroom, the carpet is stained and the room smells like cigarettes. Also, there are dirty towels all over the chairs at the pool, and it’s past midnight so they have been there a while. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the chef wanted to ensure everything was just to our liking and exceeded our expectations! Thanks Rich! This is located near The University at Buffalo which was convenient for my son and me.

I chose this hotel because of the good ratings. For over $300 a night I was hoping for fancier digs but at least they said the breakfast was included. The rooms were clean but felt a little bit dated. There was no safe in the room and no clock which I thought was odd. The gym was decent, I did not use the indoor pool but it looked clean and there was a hot tub. Overall it was a decent but over priced airport hotel. I found the staff to be extremely friendly from check in to housekeeping to the chef making omelette on the grill. In fact, I was surprised at the big breakfast spread and was prepared to leave a huge tip and a 5 star review based on the friendliness of the staff and the nice breakfast… then they presented me with a bill for the breakfast. It was not terribly expensive but they clearly advertised that breakfast was included. The waitress explained that they did away with the free breakfast months ago. They should not have advertised “free breakfast” or they should have notified me when I checked in or they could have told me when they seated me. My overall experience was pleasant but I hate when they deceive customers like this. At least they didn’t charge a hidden mandatory “resort fee” like some hotels do. Why can’t people just be honest?

We have been dining here for many years and they have never disappointed. Rarely have I encountered a hotel restaurant with good satisfying food like this one located in the Hilton Garden Inn. My obvious go to as we are in Buffalo is to have the Buffalo style wings. Friendly service, smiles all around and just darn good people. Cheers
