The sub being good saved this rating. The estimated wait time via the online ordering was wrong and I needed to wait another 10 minutes for the pizza slices.
I ordered extra meat for steak hoagie. I don’t think it had extra meat, but it tasted good. The manager offered to remake the sub, but I was too hungry and wanted to eat. I hope the staff can verify if orders are correct before the customer receives it

Their quality of food has gone way down. I ordered garlic bread with cheese, spinich and tomatoes. The bread was barley toasted, there was like 4 leafs of spinich. There pizza has not been good, I haven't ordered in a while cause they have been bad. So tonight I took a chance and they are even worse. Such a shame. There prices are lower but so it the quality of food. Terrible, I will never order from there again.

We LOVE Great Lakes Pizza! It's rare these days to find a place that has consistently good food, and great lakes never disappoints. One time they made a goof up and put like super duper hot peppers on my pizza ?, I called and they were so nice about it and made us fresh pizza and delivered it to our door! The delivery guys are so nice that my kids sometimes draw pictures for them, haha!
