I know everything is expensive but $10.40 for a Parfait is a little high. AND I didn't get any peanuts! 🤬

normally love the caboose but today the soft serve was extremely sour and obviously it's $8 for a regular, not worth it!

Sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes, no one ever came to the door/window. They were not busy so can't use that as an excuse. When I finally let, there was no one at the windows, but the luckey customers who get served were sitting around eating ice cream. Been a good customer for years, will not be going back, this was their 3rd strike.

All it is is a little ice cream place made from caboose. Prices are definitely cheaper than any other ice cream parlor definitely not wheelchair easy but the ice cream is good. Prices are good

The best ice cream (specially the soft serve) in WNY as far as I'm concerned and that drive-through bridge is the icing on the cake! It's a regular stop for us!

The ice cream is fine, but the prices are absolutely outrageous. This tiny sundae cost over $6 and it’s nothing special at all. Find somewhere cheaper to go!
Cones were stale asked another customer if hers was and she said yes just in case I was imagining it but no they were stale when I told the clerk she said it was a new box I don't think I will go back

Custard is always good. Try the peanut butter dip! My son got the perrys marshmallow ice cream and it seemed a little freezer burnt ? but he ate it ! He is a train lover so the atmosphere is always great here !
