I want to start by saying the employees at Gyro King are always nice and respectful. I have no complaints about the staff.
However, the owner’s behavior during my brother’s visit was very disappointing. He was unnecessarily rude and dismissive for no reason. My brother was being respectful, and there was no justification for the tone or attitude he received.
Good employees can’t make up for poor leadership. Customer service starts from the top, and it really affects the overall experience.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the food and staff deserve better representation.

I had a very serious and upsetting experience at Gyro King. While I was there, another customer pulled a knife on me. I returned later to ask about reviewing the security camera footage, and instead of showing concern for customer safety, the owner responded with, “How would it benefit me?”
That response was extremely disappointing. When a customer experiences something that serious, the focus should be on safety and cooperation — not profit. I understand businesses have policies, but basic concern and professionalism go a long way.
Because of how this situation was handled, I do not feel comfortable returning.

It was an amazing experience with excellent customer service! The manager and staff were both friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious — a solid 10/10. Their cheeseburger, in particular, is incredible and definitely worth the money! My whole family loves it.

Quality drop, the inside of the place is filthy it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Portion size also depends on whos working and their mood. Been a regular not anymore!
