I drove all the way from Ontario after hearing great things about their tea — and it was absolutely worth it. The tea was excellent, the service was genuinely amazing, and the place itself has such a warm, welcoming vibe.
What really stood out is how family-friendly it is: they have board games for families, which makes it a great spot to relax and spend time together. There’s also a prayer room available, which I really appreciated.
Washrooms are clean, parking is available but limited, so keep that in mind. Overall, a fantastic experience and I’d definitely come back again.

The service was good and the atmosphere was chill, but the food and drinks didn’t match the prices. The coffee cheesecake had a completely soggy wafer (we came four hours after opening) and a firm, bouncy texture, clearly not fresh. Both the cheesecake and the milk cake lacked flavor. Drinks were fine but nothing special and definitely didn’t match the price point. Would not visit again.

There’s literally no other coffee shop that makes me feel more than welcomed and always goes above and beyond! Even during crazy weather they are still open to warm me up with a perfect coffee, MUST TRY COFFEE HOUSE also if you arent into coffee the refreshments and pastries are off the chain!
The shop was pretty but that's about it. Everything is extremely over priced and... not very good to say the least. I tried four of their fruit pastries and they did not live up to the hype. The gentleman who took my order didn't give me two of the things I asks for and by the time I noticed I had already tried the raspberry and decided it wasn't worth reordering. I also tried one of their caramel frappes which was $8 and I honestly could have gotten an ice capp for less and it'd be the exact same. Highly disappointed would not go back. The entire experience cost $60.

Ive seen staff bring their kids and have them run around without shoes contaminating everything. The health department will be notified. Absolute WORST coffee shop. Management is terrible, owner will only hire his friends or children that don't question their unethical business practices. They don't clean, behind the counter is disgusting, the drinks are inconsistent, the pastries are not good, everything is over priced and disgusting. They fired the only manager that was consistent and the new manager is horrible, the coffee is sour and disgusting.
