Me and my wife were in town for a few days. First time in the city and looking for something good to eat. I found this place and it didn’t disappoint. Being from Georgia I’m hard on soul food spots. BUT this place definitely didn’t disappoint. The chicken was super crispy. Yams and Mac and cheese great. The kool aid was a great surprise as well. Ohhhhh and let’s not forget the peach cobbler omg. Well if you’re anywhere in the area gooooooooo.
For starters the food is PHENOMENAL. You get treated as if you’re apart of their family. The service is out of this world. The food I seasoned with love. I got the haddock and shrimp dinner and when I tell you. It’s up there with my mommas cooking you can’t go wrong with it 10/10 recommend

I will say though that the greenbeans where the best I have ever tried. I could only eat about half of my food so serving size is generous. I actually liked the food leftovers also so two meals for me.
