I had dinner with some colleagues at Hutch’s on May 14. The service was slow and the server never communicated a backup or delay from the kitchen. I am completing an expense report and noticed the charge on my card was for more than I left on the receipt. I transcribed the amount left for a tip on my customer receipt as $365. We got a low table in the bar area for an early dinner. Service was top notch from the moment we walked in. Everyone is friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was VERY good. Steaks (tenderloins) were tender and well seasoned, mashed potatoes were honestly amazing. Vegetables were a just a bit dry and my husband thought his steak was a hair undercooked but overall a very good meal and great dining experience.
Myself and my daughter dined at Hutch’s for the first time while we were in Buffalo, it was THE BEST complete dish I have ever had!! We live about an hour and a half away and already made plans to come back on my daughter’s birthday. The entire evening was absolutely amazing.
