Brick oven pizza is the best!
This is a great place to grab really quick, delicious wood fired pizzas! They have some appetizers that are awesome too. Great selection of beer, wine and cocktails, with friendly, fast service.

Hydraulic Hearth is an incredible spot with a well-rounded cocktail, wine, and beer list. Their banana pepper dip, cauliflower, and pizzas are top-notch. The atmosphere is to DIE FOR, both inside and outside, especially when the patio is open during warmer months. It is a fantastic place to celebrate with a large group of friends, as the drinks and food are phenomenal. The bar staff is friendly and handles loud groups professionally. While the setup may have changed since previous visits, it is a self-serve type of establishment where guests start a tab at the bar to order food and drinks. The low-key and quiet vibe, along with amazing pizza like the potato bacon and salami fig, make it worth the visit. The Burrata pizza features marinated tomatoes and crisped prosciutto, while the garlic pecorino wings are perfectly crispy with just the right amount of dry rub. Just be prepared to order your food upfront and get your own table settings and to-go boxes. The fries are perfectly done and paired with an incredible malt vinegar aioli. Portions are generous, making leftovers a delightful option.
