This used to be our go to good time evening. The last few times we've been here, the food has been so-so. The food used to be amazing. The atmosphere outside is still amazing, but everything has gone up in price and down in quality. Their cocktails used to be kick ass. Not so much anymore. It makes me a bit sad.
We had our wedding at Hydraulic Hearth. Harry and the Hydraulic Hearth staff did an amazing job. The food was great, and they prepared plenty of it. They had two bartenders, so no guest had to wait long for a drink, and the drinks were phenomenal. The bartenders were able to make any drink requested by guests, which was much appreciated. The atmosphere is to DIE FOR! Not sure if it is always a self serve type of establishment but it was when we went there. You immediately start a tab at the bar which is where you order all food and drinks and it is brought out to your table. They have a water, small plates, napkin, utensil set up but they also provide the napkins and plates at the table.
