Icha has the best drinks! I explore many boba places and haven't found any better than Icha, besides Taichi bubble tea in Atlanta, GA. My favorite is the brown sugar dirty milk with extra pearls and Matcha( nice and sweet). The customer service has been great! Thank you for always making my drinks perfect!

This use to be a regular stop for myself and my husband, a few times a week honestly. We started finding other spots due to long wait times and after a few recent tries⌠a long wait still holds true. The product is great, but a better system is needed for quick turnaround. It doesnât matter if you order ahead or when you arrive in person you will wait. I have a feeling that delivery orders are prioritized. I hope management is receiving feedback and makes adjustments.

There was a huge variety of flavours at this cafe. My favourite was the Strawberry Dirty Milk (the pink drink in the photo) and my sisterâs was the Mango Pomelo Sago (the yellow drink at the back). I would definitely revisit this place!

Honestly happy mistake, clicked on wrong place on Google maps. Looking at menu saw they have red bean. Family and I got red bean waffle with vanilla ice cream. Exactly what I wanted hot fresh and fluffly breakfast waffle with scoop of ice cream.

I went to ICHA Cafe with a big group of friends and was left extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for a while with my friends since itâs close to UB. The service and quality has gotten extremely poor.
As we sat down with our drinks, we started to play with the games they had available and as games typically go, we were laughing and chatting. We spent at least hundreds of dollars just that day but they treated us like we were loitering and in there for free. One of the workers came up to us and was extremely rude saying we were too loud and we canât do that in here.
We decided to stop playing and just finish our drinks to leave. One of my friends had ordered a waffle and left to go to the bathroom when the workers left it on the counter so she was not aware that it was ready. The worker very rudely asked, âwhose waffle is this?â And when she replied, âmineâ she was given a very dirty look and told to take it away.
They treated us with extreme hostility the whole time with very mean looks as if we hadnât just spent hundreds of dollars at their establishment. Even as they were being rude, we made sure to clean up before we left but even as we left they looked at us like vermin. Safe to say I will not be spending anymore money at this establishment and will be sure to let all of my friends know. Very disappointed.
