Love this place. Especially the honeydew milk tea with yogurt boba. The peach oolong milk tea was delicious. Good staff and nice place to go if you ever want boba tea or any desert. Would recommend this place.10/10

This place is a joke. On 02.04.24 I did ask what a difference is between Uji Matcha (6.25) and Matcha on Cloud (5.50). The guy told me that they didn't have the second drink in menu, when I pointed at the screen with it clearly being on the menu, he suddenly knew what's the difference is. He explained that the Uji drink does not have a foam, and the Matcha on Cloud has it. I did ask what else is different - they told me that there is no other difference. When I asked why in this case Matcha on Cloud is cheaper (has foam) vs. Uji (no foam), he did say that the price is wrong on screen. I was charged $7.40 ($5.50 on screen), and there is no way to tell what I was charged for. Receipt does not show the drink ordered. Full scam. Random prices, and they have no idea what drinks they are making.

I want to like this place soooo bad but the staff will flat out ignore you. Tell you a minute or two for your order and will be a half hour. It sucks because I really want to like this place but I just can't, when the staff would rather play around on their phones than serve you.

That nice guy’s ice rice only costs 10 dollars for a spoonful of rice? I advise you not to be too outrageous. Does the boss really know what ice rice is? He said that you can add 7 kinds of toppings, but in fact, there is only a pitiful amount of each one, just drink sugar water. That's all. I also ordered a 30-sugar milk tea, which was as sweet as sugar water and had no milk tea flavor at all. Herbal Jelly tasted like some kind of chemical substance. It can be renamed the sugar water sales department.
my favorite boba shop in buffalo! in a good plaza near north campus. the interior is soooo cute they have plushies, a led light sign, clouds, lego toys etc. and there's even a table to play board games or color. friendly service sometimes it gets busy so i usually try to order ahead for pick up. it's a little pricey though so it definitely adds up but would still recommend. my go to is the lychee green tea yakult with no toppings or the roasted rose oolong with pudding!

I only order the cheesefoam and the Thai boba. I expected this place to be good based on the reviews, but turned out to be a bit disappointing to me as a bubble enthusiast. The boba is not flavored well. I asked them to make the cheesefoam with out ice but they say they can’t do it??? I have had numerous places where they can make this float well with out the ice. They made my with ice but it still didn’t float well. I guess there isn’t that much competition of boba in this area. I have made much better cheese foam myself. That’s a shame when a boba enthusiast makes better boba than them.

The most consistently good bubble tea place in Buffalo. I order from here at least 3 days a week with 10 of my coworkers and everyone’s order is always delicious. Tapioca is always fresh (a lot of places in Buffalo have stale or hard tapioca) and the sweetness level is always exactly as ordered. Bonus is that it never takes a long time to receive the order.

I have never been to the actual location because my husband always picks it up. But this is my favorite milk tea place in Buffalo so far (we recently moved to the Buffalo area). I always get the black milk tea with 50% sugar and no ice. It is just the perfect flavor and it is so smooth! I've had terrible milk teas that are too thick or you can literally taste the powder. But the tea at ICHA is so smooth and perfect! We literally order take out close to ICHA so we have an excuse to go :PHighly recommend!
