Food was gross served me a raw burger
Today we went to IHOP for breakfast at 12. Our food was ordered at 12:10 our servers name was Carmen. I’m not quite sure what happened but she took our order and never came back. She took multiple orders for food and drinks around us. Delivered food to several tables, picked up checks, returned checks and change.
