I ordered online the website asks you to tell them your color of your car and what kind of car you have and then it says that when you get to the restaurant you should press this button and it will let them know that you are here after I had been waiting for about a half hour past the time that they told me that they were going to give me my food, I went to go click the button again and it told me my food had already been picked up. I went inside and the man at the front desk got told me he didn't know how long my food had been there but then headed to just been sitting on a Shelf I've been sitting there for a long time and he got the manager. The manager talked to me like I was an idiot because I didn't call the number on the sign in front of my parking spot. I didn't think I needed to call the number because I had ordered online and pressed the button to let them know I was here I thought the number would be for people who had called an order in she did not change her demeanor and talking to me like I was the stupid one for our entire conversation. Then she claimed that she had just put the order up on the shelf for 3 minutes before and that it was just fine. I was really really hungry so I decided to eat in my car it was not fine the food was cold for sure the eggs were really gross. The pancakes were pretty good. Pancakes can be cool and still be fine. Online it looks like the French toast was just regular toast which is why I ordered it. That's not the stores fault that's entirely my fault I'm just saying it in case you are a person who really likes regular toast you should make sure that they're not trying to sell French toast. That also kind of helps the price of the order makes sense because it was really expensive I thought but I just wanted the breakfast so I ordered it anyway.

If you’re gonna spend money on pancakes doing the online order make sure to specify they put butter and syrup along with utensils in the bag too. In currently depressed eating these dry pancakes all because I thought it would be a good place to get bite..

Stopped at IHOP because was in the neighborhood and had a gift card so decided to use today. Plenty to people for 1 o'clock but got a seat right away. I got a BLT from the 55+ section came with either fries onion rings or 2 pancakes I got onion rings. Plenty of bacon and mayo on the sandwich and onion rings were big and crispy enjoyed it very much. My daughter got the sampler breakfast. Came with 2 of eggs,ham,sausage pancakes and with bacon and hash browns. Everything came out great eggs were perfect and was Plenty on the plate We both took home something . Our waitress was helpful and good so was the guy that seated us . Good experience all round never been here looking forward to stopping again

Ordered a delivery order and it was just made lazy. Ordered the strawberry banana pancakes, was given plain pancakes with a few mushy bananas cooked in, and my eggs were served still raw. Just gross🤢

IHOP is always garbage. Every 3 times I ate there I said I would not come back for some reason. I had to squeeze into a bench seat. The waiter forgot the hot water I asked for so my silverware wasn’t clean by the time my cold food came out. I asked for some napkins and the waiter gave them to me from another occupied table! Why!!!!! Then to top it off some fresh fruit came with my daughter meal. Open it up and it’s rotten. The waiter said I could get something else but not reimbursed monetarily lmao!!! I didn’t even finish my cold waffle.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to Mali and Carlito! They were both super friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit really enjoyable. The service was fast, everything came out just right, and they kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. You can really tell they care about the customers and take pride in what they do. Definitely the kind of people who make you want to come back again!
