Ordered delivery; all three meals are supposed to come with pancakes, yet two of the meals arrive and are missing them. Eggs in all meals are extremely undercooked including the omelette. Bacon is burnt. Milkshake was supposed to be chocolate but it’s vanilla (mind you 6.99 for not even an 8oz cup). Ordered three of each syrup, only one came. I usually never do this because mistakes happen but this is BEYOND ridiculous. Pay attention to your jobs for christs sake. This location is just a disappointment at this point.

Our dining experience is usually pretty good our waitress was very friendly and welcoming, she went above and beyond with our grandson and made sure all his little needs were met . The food was quick , hot and looked and tasted amazing

The hash browns were horrible. Walked into bathroom and smelled like something had died
We went for breakfast expecting more. We always heard how good IHOP is so we thought we’d try. First the service was top notch…..but that’s all that was outstanding. The food portions were small. The food was ok…..but it didn’t leave me that feeling of wanting to come back again. I don’t think we’ll be back.

Service was AMAZING how ever that it where it ended. I ordered the Crapes witch were very small and tasted like dirty grease. My BF ordered the two by two bye two. The bacon was under cooked. The eggs were under cooked and slimy. The only good thing was the pancakes. I would not recommend this place to any one. Please save your money and go to McDonalds.
