JJ'S Cafe was a wonderful experience! We came from out of town to visit our son... delicious food, friendly family staff, great coffee and affordable prices. Next time we are in Buffalo, we will definitely go back!
I've been coming to this place for over 5 years now. Usually they serve good food freshly made. I'm not sure, if this is for to COVID-19 restrictions or some other reason, but the food quality has run off a cliff. We ordered chola bhatura and we could see it was frozen, taken out the fridge, put in a bowl, water was added and microwaved. The bhatura breads were not bhaturas at all but frozen parathas. We ordered an orange juice which came straight from a cheap bottle. Previously, this was freshly squeezed or at least tasted way better. If I had to eat frozen food I would never want to spend over 30 bucks eating. It's unfortunate that such a highly rated and appreciated place has become this. I hope this place can revamp itself to its former glory.
I will b coming back again...very friendly people and great food. The rye bread was so fresh!!!
The food is great. Especially Indian food
I like the food there, it is delicious and good value. Keep in mind they only accept cash. The only thing that bothers is wait time yet it's worth the wait.
JJ’s cafe at Buffalo, NY- best possible breakfast in the Niagara Falls area , very well handled by the wonderful elderly couple , who run the place - breakfast for about 15, served in under an hour, at less than 10$ pp .. brilliant!
The perfect mom and pop diner, could not recommend it enough.
One of the best samosas I have eaten so far. It was warm place. Felt very home like. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I will revisit soon
Great food with great service.
The best diner you’ll ever go to. You’ll feel like family your first time. Everyone know me everyone even if they don’t know you. The owner is so sweet. It’s the size of a shoebox but in the best way.

Nice small place for breakfast! You will love it!!!!
Great little diner near UB South. JJ's is a classic and has the best breakfast sandwich in town.
I have been there during my Grad school days at UB and I visit there everytime when I go to Buffalo. It is a cool place to hangout for an early breakfast or brunch. The Chicken Tikka sandwich is a must try !!
A great place for your morning breakfast. It's usually a bit busy. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Also make sure you bring cash with you as they only accept cash as payment ?
