Great service, excellent food. Been going to Jacobis for years. If you want either a pizza & wings or something else of an Italian meal this is the place to go in South Buffalo.

We ordered the Small Pack which is Large Pizza and Double Wings. Pizza was ok, but a lot of dry patches no cheese or pepperoni. They hadn't got their order of wings in so gave us 10 Wings and 10 Fingers. We ordered the Wings and Fingers Medium, well the Wings came with no sauce the waitress said that's our Medium. I said but there's sauce on the Fingers. So the Fingers tasted better than the Wings. Ive been there twice since June and both times the Pizza and Wings were disappointing. My friend enjoyed them but she is eazy to please with Pizza and Wings. I grew up in South Buffalo and Know Pizza and Wings. Jacobbi's use to be one of the best but not anymore. Next time I'm over that way I'll go further to Abbott, Bella's, Imperial, or Mineo's.

Stopped here because we were in the area and I like small Italian places. Our food Eggplant parmesan, Stuffed shells special and chicken fingers. Took FOREVER for our food to come out. Food was pretty good but on the expensive side. Server was friendly. Booths are in need of repair and place has a retro feel. Over 50 minutes to get main meal is way too long for us being the only customers.

Hot wings were hot but very dry, like they were under a warming light. Not at all saucy. French Fries were good.

If I could rate it no stars I would. My family and I went there yesterday evening for dinner. The slice of pizza my son wanted was cold and dry. I ordered a chicken finger sub and when I cut it in a smaller piece, it was green inside! I dont know if it was mold or what. They made me a new one, it seemed alright I guess. I was told they will check their cooler tomorrow because thats never happened before. Shortly after I ate I have been feeling sick and I'm having stomach issues. What a waste of 32$ no discount or nothing. I will never ever be back there again! They obviously don't care.

I came in after a hard days work, and the food was pretty good but the waitress was amazing!! Really brightened my day, I believe her name was Missy, and she was by far the greatest part of my time there!!
