This place has the opportunity to be way better and way cooler than it is. Don’t order the breakfast sandwich, they microwave them. The pastry’s are excellent and the coffee is good, and the service is great. But they should have more jam band decorations and have more board games and AN ACTUAL COOK making sandwiches. Great spot with good coffee and pastries but that’s it

Great little coffee house by the zoo. Excellent scones, cookies, breakfast sandwich was solid just a touch small. Hot chocolate was the real deal: The way Mom used to make.

The best cookie I've ever had. Ever in life. Was a specialty cookie not there all the time. Toffee, rich and delicious. All I can think about.

JAM is my favorite coffee shop in Buffalo. Everyone that works there is really friendly and everything I've tried has been fantastic. They have a good offering of drinks, and do pourovers if you're into that as well. Recently they did a puzzle night that was really cute and fun, so try to catch one of those if you can! It's also in a great area if you have kids (I don't, but it's near a children's bookstore and the zoo). Great place!

My dad loves the coffee here, and I took him here recently. He had the endless coffee, and I had a green tea with honey with a blueberry scone. I'm not a fan of the green tea they use here. It's Numi brand gun powder green tea. I have purchased this before at Whole Foods, and I wasn't a fan of it. The blueberry scone was really good, and I would definitely get it again. It wasn't hard like most scones. The middle was on the softer side and the blueberries were mixed well. The service was friendly and patient. They do have fresh made baked good such as cookies, muffins, and scones. Also, they have breakfast sandwiches. I'd recommend stopping and giving them a try.

My server was Jamie and she sets the peacefull , happy tone with her service. Their coffee tastes fantastic. I loved it. I will return to write and draw as the atmosphere is calm. The music is there but mid range allowing for conversation and inner peace. There is a book exchange in the back and the bathrooms are clean. Thanks Jam for this space.

This is such a lovely, cozy spot. The staff is friendly and the drinks are always good (I usually get the chai latte). It’s got a warm community vibe. Great place to visit for a drink or a quick bite to eat.

I may have rated this coffee shop once before, but I still like it! It's difficult to find parking, but the coffee is so worth it! The scones are huge and they generally have one that's either seasonal or a special of the week. I love the Americano and any of the coffee drinks that have espresso in them.Parking: Very small lot behind the building, only fits a couple of cars.

This place is incredible. Just the place I was looking for to get homemade pastries, coffee, and just sit and read.

It's got a good rep so I was excited to go. But I found it... disappointing. It had a flat atmosphere, didn't feel particularly friendly and the coffee was only okay, IMHO.

JAM is an excellent coffee shop right across from the zoo. The staff are very nice and the cappuccino and latte were great!

Cute cafe, reasonably comfortable for the modern style (what happened to cozy couches). Coffee was good. They do some baking so it smelled just wonderful in there.
