Was actually shocked at how good this place was. My first time at a Jersey Mikes and it was super good. Fresh meat/cheese/toppings being used, well balanced and good quantity for the price. Felt like a wegmans sub but āMikes Wayā made it a bit better for me personally, which says a lot. Will definitely be back.

This is my first time in a Jersey Mikeās and this crew was amazing! They were very kind and efficient! The guy making our subs was incredible. Not only were our subs perfect but he did it all while helping his team with questions and greeting every customer that walked in. The whole vibe in there was great and I had a great experience!

Food was edible but not much else. Its basically just Subway. Low quality cold cuts slapped on mediocre bread and slathered in mayo. It's fine as a last resort, but I was pretty disappointed.

We ordered for the Bills game Thursday. We got two giant subs and had them delivered. The subs were SO SOAKED with oil/vinegar it was like they dropped the bottle on them! It was also so salty it was inedible. I called back right away and told the employee they could pick the subs back up or Iām throwing them out but either way I would need a refund. I wasnāt throwing $50 out the window. On Friday a manager was supposed to call me back for the refund and he never bothered to call. I called back Saturday and this manager argued with me for 15 minutes yelling over me as I spoke and out right told me āit isnāt my fault you didnāt like it. Iām not giving you your money back!ā So, now Iām calling my bank and Iāve taken it to corporate. This location wonāt last with this nonsense! THIS WAS THE WORST FOOD/customer service Iāve ever experienced!
UPDATE: Sunday Sept 21, the owner replied and I immediately emailed him as requested. Havenāt heard back as of yet. Will update further at that time.
UPDATE:Monday Sept 22, the owner stayed in contact with me via email. He not only apologized, but refunded the full amount of purchase.

Iāve been here twice and both times have been great! Everyone is super friendly and the service is quick. Iām a NJ to Buffalo transfer and I was so happy when they opened up a location so close to me.
