Im a regular and have ordered the same pizza over 15 times. Today was different. My sister had a baby and I offered to bring dinner for the family. I ordered the chicken bbq pizza and received a burned pie. Unfortunately this location is on Delaware ave in Buffalo and we were driving out to Cheektowaga and I trusted them to serve a quality pie as always. The bbq sauce is usually saucy but this is totally burned all over the pizza. The chicken breast was replaced with boneless chicken, which I was ok with. Just disappointed…

The big gaming guy
Everyone was hanging out in the back. 3 people made eye contact with me while texting. We wanted 3 slice deal. Girl didn't explain that we had to wait to have more made or I would of left. So we sit forever waiting on slices while we watch them play on their phones. Finally we get our pizza. A slicer should be ready. This is the city not a rural area. We come from a town with 300 people and the local deli always has a slicer. More work less phone time.

Atmosphere not an issue, but it was a clean and comfortable place to wait for my pizza last night. I got Jet's pizza for the first time... and certainly not the last. I ordered the Eugene Supreme, thin crust. It was very good. Next time I'll try one of the Detroit style thick crust pizzas. No dine-in. Order online or at counter or by phone. Pick it up or have it delivered.

Delicious pizza… BUT they forgot to include the two sides of ranch, pizza sauce for the stix, the bottle of ranch I ordered AND the Pepsi. So I received 2 out 7 items. It was via Uber Eats. Very disappointing.

Food tastes good - however, often I have food missing from the order when I have it delivered. Last night the driver went to the wrong address and forgot to give me my wings. I didn’t call him back because I didn’t realize it was missing until much later. This isn’t the first time this has happened unfortunately. Just always double check especially when you order from them, because they’re drivers often miss items.
