Been coming here forever (15+ years now probably) Genuinely surprised it’s not rated higher, for a (borderline) fast food place it has always met or exceeded my standards. There will be turnover, you may get a new worker occasionally, but overall I’d say I have a 98% positive experience when coming here. My order: 6” chicken finger sub, white bread, hot, lettuce tomato onion provolone cheese.

Great food, cool cooks, only thing I didn't love is they play their music really loud and make it hard to order in the restaurant, but if you place your order ahead of time and pick it up, it's fine.
If I could give 0 stars I would these workers are so lazy. Don’t even try to order off DoorDash you will NEVER get your order I waited For hours before so I had to cancel my order, then I called and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and never answer LAZY LAZY that’s all I can say????

I have been to most the of the Jim’s Steakouts around Western New York, however this location has some of the best workers and consistency in terms of the food always being great. On top of all of this, two employees named Todd and Reese are two of the best workers this company has and I have found them to be incredibly helpful and very friendly. -Sam
