Great food, cool cooks, only thing I didn't love is they play their music really loud and make it hard to order in the restaurant, but if you place your order ahead of time and pick it up, it's fine.
Awesome steak sub. Always spot on. And quick service also. Always my go to when I'm in the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would these workers are so lazy. Don’t even try to order off DoorDash you will NEVER get your order I waited For hours before so I had to cancel my order, then I called and they put me on hold for 30 minutes and never answer LAZY LAZY that’s all I can say????

I have been to most the of the Jim’s Steakouts around Western New York, however this location has some of the best workers and consistency in terms of the food always being great. On top of all of this, two employees named Todd and Reese are two of the best workers this company has and I have found them to be incredibly helpful and very friendly. -Sam
Love how they are open late at night. Great food and even better service.

I ordered the beef taco with sour cream, a little soggy on the lettuce and tomato which effected the flour tortilla Actually, I took a couple of bites and trashed it, but I also ordered the Philly 8-inch Bomber with extra onions, cheese, mustard, and ketchup. Very, very, very good. Service is great. When you leave a tip, they all thank you with a smile. Oh, the Philly was nice and sloppy, the way I like them, so thumbs up.
Ordered online and food was ready within 15 minutes, only issue I had is because of the time I came the bathroom wasn't open. However, I'm going to always come to this location for my food. The best location out of all of the Jim's!!!

Seemed if they needed help on this particular night. It was extremely busy and they were backed up on orders but they really kept their cool. I was impressed with how they handled the fussy customers. I'm a fairly patient person so as I waited I watched how the person handled the crowd. Well done Sir I'm mad I didn't get his name but AWESOME customer service
