Ordered a steak sub, was uneatable. Absolutely swimming in grease, mayonnaise and Jim's Sauce. Soaked through both pieces of sub paper and the sub bag. Bread was a soggy mess and completely fell apart when I picked it up to try and eat it. At $19 dollars and change, I will not be going back.

Seems to be a hit or miss. Sometimes food is fine and other times.... not so much. Last time I ordered I did pickup through doordash and I've never had doordash refund an order so quick with the pictures I provided.
In general doesn't feel anything like the Jims you'd go to in the 2000s after a night out. Granted that is likely because those memories are paved in nostalgia of young adulthood but still... believe me I'm not picky when it comes to needing food late night so if it's bad enough to complain about there's an issue.

Jim's hot bleu- visibily overcooked fingers that were dry. Minimal bleu cheese, almost no sauce and a ridiculous amount of wilted lettuce. An absolute waste of money.

Tried the Jim’s Steakout wrap—definitely a step up from the sub. The flavor was great, and it had a better balance of meat and toppings. Still a little on the greasy side, but overall more satisfying and easier to eat. If you’re craving that classic Jim’s flavor with a bit less mess, the wrap is a solid option. Worth trying!

Just opened my 2 large beef tacos and one small all three were made incorrectly. That would be okay with me we can solve this I think right let's call. I told my girlfriend don't worry I'll call. I spoke to a nice cashier. The gentleman on the phone is very helpful. He offered to remake or refund the order which I would think would be normal and no issue. He asked me what was wrong. I told him the two large tacos were missing cheese and sour cream. And the smaller one was missing sour cream. But I would greatly appreciate it if some DM or Corporate or owner could reach out. I am on the way to do my Father's Day cookout. I live in the local area. I have the order and receipt in my fridge. Have a happy Father's Day to all Jim Streakout employees. Jenna was the GM. She told me she made the tacos and they would make no refund.

I have been coming here for years. Whatever staff they have working on Saturday nights is an absolute embarrassment to the “Jims Steakout” name. They told me I can’t add bbq sauce to my fingers for my singer wrap, (which makes no sense I’ve been ordering the same wrap for 10 years), anyways I show up to get my wrap, there’s NO sauce. No finger sauce, no Jim’s sauce, nothing. Employees were completely out of line with their attitudes, I felt completely disrespected from head to toe the entire time, I will never again order from this establishment, 10 years down the drain over the Saturday night Seneca street crew.

I have heard others say Jim's has gone downhill and didn't want to believe it as I live out of town... Steak wasn't chopped or cooked thoroughly - wild mistake to make. If I was not on the road to Pittsburgh I would have went back.
Last time we were there they have us two subs completely wrong. They did remake the other though so that's why they have 4 stars

The majority of the food was good and you do get a lot for the price. The staff was attentive and nice. The cheese curds I received tasted like burnt fryer oil and were not edible. This location could use an update on the inside and a good cleaning as well
