Husband picked up 2 hoagies which were great and 2 stinger wraps that were terrible..dried out steakummms and prob 1/4 of a chicken finger..they had no sauce at all..the shell was cracking the top of the wrap i had to tear off because Nothing was under it .. They flopped it on and wrapped it up.. I did call the gentlemen was nice and asked if i can bring them back and get new ones .but being its 1 in the morning and it was picked up i declined. Check your food before you leave! These were disgusting
Went there for some chickenfingers for me and my wife figured i buy the 8pc dinner with fries get home and i have basically 6 chicken finger 2 cut in half to make it look like 8 in box and maybe a hand full of french fries that cost me 20.00 plus tax

I love the Veterans discount and make them show some kind of ID. DAV, VA or Military card or Drivers license that's have Veteran on it. And teach your workers about it. Because some don't know about it. Thank You ?.

Friend picked up a take out for a few people and I am extremely disappointed. I have been a loyal Jim's customer since the 90s going back to Allentown. These tacos we got today were completely wrong. 1. Supposed to all be medium, but were extremely hot. 2. Supposed to all have sour cream, but only 2 out of 6 actually had it, and the teeny tiny drop on them was most definitely not worth a dime, let alone a dollar. Friend called and was told "they put sour cream on all of them" And whoever answered the phone was downright rude, insisting the order was right. In all the years I have eaten at various Jim's locations, I have never been subjected to such atrocious customer service and such poor quality of food. You have lost 3 customers as of this writing, and I plan on telling everyone that I know to avoid this location at all cost.
