Only place to go late nights in Buffalo and it never disappoints. The manager and all the employees were amazing. They were dealing with a difficult customer and were all still very professional
Jim’s Steakhouse is top-notch from start to finish. The food’s always cooked perfectly — tender steaks, rich flavor, and sides that actually taste homemade. The staff treats you like family, the place feels welcoming, and you can tell they take pride in everything they serve. Easily one of the best spots around if you want a meal that feels special every time.
extremely slow service. food prepared incorrectly (ordered a wrap and it wasn't even folded over) but tasted alright. horrid management as evidenced by the all-caps, passive aggressive messages plastered behind the counter. clean facilities at least
