Once service was great now this time we went with my son the guy screwed the order up 3x after waiting forever and getting charged 2x for extra au jus for my sandwich he didn't even put 1 in. Of course we didn't notice till we were home about to eat. I call to tell a manager and get hung up on, I don't even want the sandwich now it's cold no au jus, seriously won't waste my time or money ever again. Rude you may make decent sandwiches but this is bad customer service.

Usually the vegetarian sandwich option is a hummus wrap or veggies and cheese, but at Joe's it's delicious and feels thought out like all the other sandwiches. I was also happy to learn they could sub the tofu on other sandwiches. If desored

I'm a 'native Buffalonian' and was home visiting. So I tried this establishment and I have to say I was disappointed. First, the service was ok. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable. But it's the food that counts... right!? So, I ordered the Cutlet sandwich. Let me say it was dry and the flavor was one note. There obviously wasn't enough mayo on this sandwich. The other ingredients had no distinct flavor. There was also a kind of weird taste.. wasn't sure what but something was Off, I don't know if the meat or another ingredient was going bad or what!!! 😵‍💫 Then they give you this kindergarten sized bag of chips...I mean really!!?? Just really disappointed for my first bite back in Buffalo. 😒😠

I ordered the I Love Lucy sandwich basically a turkey club, but it was really good!!! The lettuce was fresh!!The bacon was cooked crispy!!! I think they even toasted the bread and put butter on the other side with the mayo and homemade chips !!! I’m guessing OMG 😋😋 !! because I ordered this about an hour ago. Finished up my laundry, came home and sat down to eat and the chips is still good. They not as crispy as they were but it’s still a potatoey if that’s a word 😂😂They’re very good. Go ahead Joe’s.🥰💪🏽

The girl who waited on my was kind of I can’t put my finger on it. Maybe rude she seemed annoyed for whatever reason but that just could’ve been me. The other worker there was nice so it made up for it. The Cuban was fire! I’ll come back just for that. The random bag of chips touching my sandwich I wasn’t a fan of. I also go the I love Lucy and the bread was stale. Not worth the price but the Cuban is good save a 3 and made it a 4.
