I've had two sandwiches from there and both were good. Deep fried tofu is always fun, but it could use some spices. It was rather bland but you could add your own sauce. Place is bigger and nicer than I thought it would be from the outside. Staff is pleasant, yes, that's the right word. I'll be getting sandwiches from there again and again no doubt

I have been to Joes Deli, numerous times. This time was different, and disappointing. The chicken noodle soup was great, however, my grilled chicken sandwich was so dry I could’ve used it as chalk. Not to mention, it took more than 30 minutes to prepare. I placed my DINE IN order at 12:15, at 12:54 i asked for a refund as I had to be back on the job site by 1pm. She then hands me to go box, unapologetic.

First time at this place. Wasn't what I expected for a Deli. But had a good sandwich. Wish it was like the old time. I think it was .If you look at the sign out front faded out is the line Kosher meats.

I came in to place an order at 7pm- 9/23 turns out the restaurant is closing early because of the game and I got greeted with a oh you’re just on time. I apologized profusely and she told me it’s fine. I work at a restaurant myself. It says 8pm and I know because I live right around the corner, also posted online. I ordered a simple sandwich and the cook comes out slamming the deli section and literally stomping away. I didn’t want my sandwich to be made wrong because he obviously didn’t want to do it. I said it’s okay just give me a refund and I’ll leave. She said they don’t do refunds. I tipped $5 on on $15 sandwich that I knew wasn’t going to be the quality that it should be b/c they were upset that I came in right before they shut down. I told them to keep the sandwich and the tip because I felt like a nuisance for them to get out of work early.

Tuna fish ain’t tuna at all definitely whitefish or something absolutely disgusting when I asked what kind they used she said didn’t know and it definitely wasn’t albacore like it was not edible in any way and if someone is ordering something like that then you as a employee who knows it’s not like regular tuna you should tell someone.
We were super excited to have Joe’s Deli after a long time away. We ordered take out from the Hertel location and received small bags of Lay’s potato chips which felt like both an incredible rip off and a disappointment as we were looking forward to the in-house made chips they’re known for. The Italian beef was tasty enough but quite dry.

We noticed this deli in the neighborhood and decided to try for lunch one day. The first time trying, I built my own sandwich which came with the fresh chips which were fantastic and plentiful. The second time, I ordered the Hertel/Colvin with pastrami and added red onion. The pastrami was perfect, tender, and delicious. I went during lunch time and only was given a small amount of chips. I would definitely visit again.

Extremely disappointed. Years ago my family and I used to order from here regularly and everything was always great. However, the last couple times I have ordered food I have been unhappy with the quality of the food. I always order the Cuban sandwich for myself and the last 2 times I ordered it I recieved 1 thin slice of ham and 1 thin slice of pork on my sandwich. I thought the first time it was just a fluke so I gave it another try but nope same quality. All I could taste was the thick bread. I dont know what happened to this location. I will not be coming back.

Disappointed in the quality and size of sandwiches. You can't even get a submarine sandwich here.
