Didn't offer me anything.

Yes, it really is as bad as the other reviews claim. It's a shame to put Joe's Deli in a hospital setting. The food is horrible. My wrap had odd textures, the lettuce & tomato tasted old, and it was absolutely swimming in sauce. The only thing that was even palatable were the fries.

My wife got coffee. Threw it out it was so bad.

Hash brown looked so promising, a beautiful golden brown. Tasted like it fell in the bottom of the oven and was forgotten for a while. It was like a crispy 1/8 inch thick potato chip with the flavor of charcoal

The French toast. Have you tasted margarine? How about just taken a big ole spoonful of country crock and eaten it. Somehow the French toast looked totally normal but the flavor of margarine was overwhelming and a weaker man than I would’ve thrown up. I persevered. Swallowed the bite whole because I couldn’t bear to chew again.

I understand it is hospital food but I’d rather starve than eat there again. I’d add a photo but there are way too many people in the surgery waiting room to open the trash and take a picture

Ordered the chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken sandwich tasted burnt and day old chicken. Fries looked and tasted like a day old and weren't seasoned. Unfortunately I ordered pickup and didn't see this till I got home. It was my first and last purchase.

I don’t get all the terrible reviews. I’ve tried several items off the menu and the prepared goods and have enjoyed them all. Service is quick and friendly!

My last few encounters has not been great. The wait time for my food is extremely long that it exceeds my break & I can not eat my food while it’s fresh. Today I waited 35 minutes for recooked & burnt chicken nuggets & fries. That I could not eat and did not have time to take back & get my money back. And I’m sure the person who cooked this knew it was not edible to serve any human.

When arriving at the deli, one of the employees was talking loudly on her personal phone in the lobby about some personal issues (well not so personal as the whole lobby could hear her easily). We ordered out food and sat down to wait. While sitting, the previous mentioned female employee returned behind the counter talking loudly again woth the other employees. The one employee who was making our food, stopped in the middle of preparing it to answer a message she recieved on her personal phone, where she proceded to stand there by the register on her phone for a few minutes while neglecting making our meal. She then proceeded to take her phone to the food prep area where she put her phone in a food container after continuing to be on it then finally finishing prepping our food. I then seen the other before mentioned female employee wipe her nose with the sleeve of her tshirt. It took about 20minutes from the time we ordered our food to actually receiving it. There was no other customers ahead of our order. We came down to grab a quick bite to eat so that we could return to our 11month old in the ICU. Extremely disappointed in todays visit.

Open until 9 pm at OCH, but food is cleaned up and put away before 8pm. Completely useless for the night for shift! Why bother staying open past 7pm? Either stay open until 11 to accommodate night shift, or don’t pack everything up before 9. Also, prices are outrageous! $5 for 4 preemie sized mozzarella sticks is a freaking joke!
