Worst experience of my life. My daughter had a high break through fever, could barely walk on her own, was delusional, and collapsed while in the waiting room for 2.5 hours and none of the 4 nurses batted an eye..finally pulled into triage to ask if she was there for a sore throat?! They took her temp and gave her more motrin and that was it? Another 2 hours and I Gabe up and took her home so the poor kid could lay down. All the while a dozen or so little kids are running around screamingIaitingbto be seen...for what??...at 11;30 at night???

Healthy 7 year old daughter had had a seizure outta no where at 10:20pm… was transported via ambulance to children’s. Waited in the waiting room for 3 hours to be sent to a room. Was placed in a room and waited another 45 min for anyone to come in… pressed the nurse button and no one responded. This place is a joke

This hospital is absolutely ridiculous on the weight times, even brought in via ambulance you are sent directly to the waiting room and put on a waiting list, which you still wait at a minimum of 8 hours before even a doctor sees you and thats a good night.

Been in the waiting room for just under 2 hours and they refuse to help. Horrible experience

I took my daughter there last week. Because she has been having issues with vomiting and she is not eating and it took them forever to see us. We went there at 1 PM in the afternoon. We did not leave the hospital till 2 AM in the morning. And when they finally see us, they told us that she was fine. She was just filled with gas and they gave us some medication for the vomiting, which is not doing anything for her. That was it, and we are in week two right now and she is still having the same issue. I talked to some people about that hospital. They say that hospital is the worst hospital to go to. For your children, hospital should not be that bad.It shouldn't have taken them that long to see us and they couldn't even help my daughter.

Horrible, we were transferred from our local emergency room the nurses and doctors had paper work so messed up they didn’t understand why we were here and had to argue with the one nurse. Wait hours and hours to see a doctor. Then wait hours and hours for discharge. FIND ANOTHER HOSPITAL THEY DO NOT CARE

Had gallbladder surgery here! Stayed for about 4(?)5(?) days in total? It's kind of a blur. Everyone was very patient with me and a lot of my mental health issues that also impacted my stay here. I was an extremely anxious patient and they were very understanding and helped talk me down and provided coping skills. However, I wasn't very well informed about the aftermath of surgery. I was told I should be living life as normal in a couple weeks, but really that hasn't been my experience nor what I hear when talking to other people who've had surgery. I wish they told me more about possible risks or post-cholcystomy syndrome and the general changes thatd come in losing an organ. I also felt a bit rushed out when I hadn't yet recovered fully.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Any Kaleida health hospital I’ve been to is terrible.Important things broken, rude staff, unclean, we waited nearly 5 hours and only saw one nurse. Left and will be taking My daughter to urgent care this morning. They didn’t even listen to my concerns.

From the time I checked in I was very impressed with the professionalism and manner which I was treated, the whole staff ( nurses, Physicians assistants , technicians, food service and of course the doctor. Their attention and general concern made my stay more comfortable and I felt like I was in very good hands ( I have to admit I was very stressed about this visit before I checked in). I was in the epilepsy study unit were the goal was for my seizures to happen so they could get a better understanding why I was having them .When I did have a major one my daughter was there with me and she said she was very impressed with the response time and actions of everyone on the team ( like a well oiled machine). If you’re looking at these reviews to determine if you want to have your studies done here I highly recommend it
