After waiting for like 10 mins for a pepperoni slice pie, this was the slice I received.. small, hardly any sauce, cheese or pepperoni.. When you make a slice pie it really should be on point every time.. I'd rather drive to a different location if this is what this store has to offer..

Today a very bad day for one of my fav pizzas in Buffalo i placed a delivery order over the phone asking for a large pizza half pepperoni & half steak wich is the usual they make and this is what I received ⬇️ Notnonly was bad service it took more than 1 hr 30 mins to get to me bud wasn’t what I asked for

The pizza crust tasted like dish soap or sanitizer...not to mention 34 bucks for a large cheese ,pepperoni and mushroom is crazy to have it tast like dishwater

I just wanted to give Just Pizza at Hertel and Delaware a shout out. They have a pretty good Gluten Free crust, so I will DoorDash them occasionally. They have this one specialty pizza called “Laura’s Old Fashioned” and it has a sweet sauce that is excellent. They offer it in the GF but I didn’t want the onions or super thick pepperoni, just that sweet sauce with cheese and regular pepperoni. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn’t accept substitutions in the app, so I called them right after placing my order and the guy on the phone was so nice about it (I wish I had gotten his name). I was skeptical once the food arrived because I’ve had such bad luck with wrong orders on DD lately from other places, but this pizza was PERFECT. Like I said, their GF crust is pretty good anyway, but the fact that the employee I spoke with was so nice and willing to change the sauce for me at no extra charge, was a really nice gesture. It’s been a long week and I was grateful for their willingness to accommodate my request (and judging from how loud it was in the background, I could tell they were slammed, but willing to do this anyway). If you live in the area, give them a try. ?❤️

Went to pickup a couple of slices last night after we discovered Daddio's is now closed. I can honestly say it was the worst excuse for Pizza we've ever had. Owners should be embarrassed selling this slop.

Just got a delivery and the driver was nice, on time and the food was HOT. I haven't had their food in a long time and it was amazing!!! Steak pizza & pit BBQ wings are the best I've ever had.
