Awesome food every time. Not just the pizza, all of it is delicious and prepared perfectly. Fair prices, as much as can be expected these days. Nice people, always happy and quick to take care of you. Clean bathroom with hot water and good soap and paper towel dispensers. What more can you ask for?

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to me by 9:45 because I was still at work. My pizza got delivered at 9:07pm & I’m still at work.. . I asked for my wings to be xx crispy they are not . Pizza is not fully cooked could have used more time in the oven. There is barely any pizza sauce on the pizza. I asked for extra blue cheese didn’t receive that or my extra celery. I wouldn’t be complaining if everything was done properly. Especially when I’m being charged an extra $2.50 for everything I wanted.

Went into south park location last night for subs. Although they don't have the stinger sub on their menu, i ordered a steak hoagie and added chicken fingers onto it to create one. It was the best stinger sub I've had in a long time, perfect amount of meat and cheese. The person who made it deserves recognition idk who it was tho but it was amazing

Ordered 4 subs and it came to $70 with tax, delivery and tip. 2 pizza subs were no cheese, extra pepperoni. I will add photos. Another pizza sub was cheese and pepperoni...had about 4 slices of pepperoni on it and was extremely thin. Called and they said they could remake them or give me a credit. I don't have time to wait for them again so I asked what the credit would be...20% off my next order. Very disappointed.

We Order wings they pour the whole bottle of lemon pepper to the point we where all throwing up
Since after Covid this place has went down ! Can’t take an order correct - get cold sloppy food and half cook food -food that is supposed to have bacon -late food ! And it’s not holiday or football time ! The excuse was “ we are training “ well let just say they are training - who is letting food go out this way? The one training needs to be fired - management is not the best at all!

We ordered 1 whole steak sub and 1/2 steak in the grass. The whole steak sub had very little steak, very little mayo, very little lettuce, and forgot to put onions and tomatoes on my sub. The steak in the grass had very little steak, very little spinach, and very little mayo. You charged 14.25 + taxes for whole steak sub, and 10.95 + taxes for the 1/2 steak in the grass. Your prices keep going way up while the portion size has gone way down. It was the smallest subs I have ever seen from anywhere in my life. Also, the girl who took my order seem disinterested and like I was bothering her when placing the order. Just pizza has become such a rip off . I don't see how you get repeat business.

I ordered a double order BBQ Pit wings... I get home it's a Doble order non pit wings. I call the place to tell them the mistake and they were rude, inconsiderate and didn't even get a "sorry". They say in a rude tone... "bring em back will exchange them". I drive all the way there I walk in and they are giggling about it. Not sincere or professional at all. They actually took the wings I brought back and dumped them on the pit...undercooked them and said "here ya go". I will never give this place a penny. I'd rather starve. There are plenty of other options in South Buffalo! Customer service is horrible!!!! Avoid this place at all costs!

Waited 30 minutes for one slice of pizza while the slice was sitting there in the heater. AirPods were in workers ear and she was not paying attention!! Customer service was bad.
