We were in town for the weekend and I always hear good rings about Kelly's Korner BOW and wings. My party of 7 showed up and we found a table to sit at. Our waiter appeared and since we were first-timers informed us that there was no menu and everything was written on the wall in the other room. No problem there, we sent the youngest of our group to snap a few pictures and bring it back for us. We decided on 50 wings(bbq, garlic parmesan and medium) along with fries for the table. An order of chicken tenders was placed along with 2 beef on weck. The wings were really good. Nice crisp to then and not overly saucy. The BOW was huge and delicious. One of the best I've had in some time. Also the tenders were spot on. Needless to say nobody left hungry. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in town

How this place was ranked as some of the best wings in Buffalo is ridiculous. It took 1.5 hours for 20 wings and fries. We ordered 30 wings and only got 20. We were told they forgot to make the extra 10 and it would be 30 more minutes if we want them. People seated after us were served before us. But the most shocking was that they seemed to intentionally not serve us our food on time because we were not regulars. Wings did not emulate the elite quality of some other buffalo establishments.

Service and food were great!

Some of the best wings in Buffalo for sure. Great sauce, crispy wings. No frills kinda place, cold beer and good Buffalo staples.

Stopped in based on the online reviews and was not disappointed. The homemade wing sauce was a perfect mix of spice and tang. The Beef on Weck was tender and juicy. Chicken fingers were huge! Prices were fair. No online menu and most specials are posted around the room on the wall boards. Service was friendly and helpful. Excellent expierence overall.

Best wings I ever had

Walking distance from me stopped by to get a drink and immediately tossed out for not being 30. Will not be returning or recommending.

12/10 wings and 12/10 service. The bartender and cook were extremely friendly. They treated us out of towners like some locals.. and seems like some can’t handle that based on their reviews. If you’re on the hunt for some true buffalo wings, this is a great spot to try!

I found out about this place via a Reddit post. And they nailed it. Very local, very dive bar atmosphere and that’s exactly what we wanted. If you have thin skin like I’ve seen in another review go elsewhere. But if you want some true authentic wings in Buffalo, go here. The wings themselves were awesome. Traditional wings with sauce. I did go with their house made hot sauce which was great. Not too spicy but full of flavor. Not a buffalo sauce, it’s their own thing.

I also saw another review complaining about the beef on weck. It must have been their first one because Kelly’s was perfectly cooked and prepared.

Definitely recommend!

If I could put zero stars I would. If you’re a tourist, don’t go here. My friend and I walked in and quite literally everyone turned their heads, giving rude looks. Not trying to think much about it, I go to sit down but before I even pull the chair out, a lady behind the bar yells “Girls, the kitchen is closed”. Confused since it was only 9pm, we just decided to leave although we only wanted a drink. It felt unsafe and unwelcoming 1000%

Wing Trail participants BEWARE! If YOU ARE NOT A LOCAL DO NOT GO HERE! Hands-down, the worst experience of any establishment on the Wing Trail. This place is downright rude and has no respect for paying customers or their time. We waited over an hour for wings and fries, only to watch tables seated after us get all of their food. That table was local folks based off of their interactions with the staff. The red haired bartender showed no signs of sympathy nor empathy for our situation and was quite rude about us even asking about the status of our order. While we waited for food, we observed the bartender and the kitchen staff taking shots of alcohol at the bar instead of working in the kitchen. Needless to say, there are plenty of options on the Wing Trail other than this nightmare establishment. I couldn’t tell you how good or bad the wings actually are since we were never served. Stay far away from this dirty, poorly run establishment and their intoxicated staff.

Classic dive bar. I ordered 10 hot wings. They were not at all what I was expecting. They were not Buffalo style hot. Tasted more garlicy than the traditional Frank's hot buffalo. The actual wings were crispy and juicy. They could have been more saucy as there were some totally naked spots on the wings. The wings also were not spicy at all. Like not remotely. I would not order the wings again. Maybe they made a mistake? Am I missing something?

This visit was based solely on one thing: the beef on weck.

Probably the best value for the money in the city. That is if you're judging it strictly on the amount of meat and meal you get for 13 or so bucks.
The copious amount of beef is not the tenderest. I suspect it is not cooked long, low, and slow, like a few other top spots in the Queen City. It's a meat eater's sandwich, cooked to medium rare, with a decent bun, at neighborhood joint. Straight forward.

The fake gravy they serve with it, however, as opposed to au jus, is revolting. Throw it away immediately. This was the worst aspect of the sandwich. It's a sloppy shortcut that detracts from the meal. Never saw anybody serve a beef on weck without the requisite au jus. Didn't know it was legal.

You might come back here for drinks, and if you were hungry, you'd probably order the sandwich, again. It's just that you would probably not come here strictly because of the sandwich. Not if you were on the hunt for a great one.
