Ordered via uber eats: 1 spicy chicken sandwich, and a 3 pcs tender combo. Only the sandwich was warm when order arrived (i live 15 mins away), none of the sauces I asked for, no drink, and the sandwich had barely any sauces, and the cherry on top was that some of thicken was soggy. I rarely ever write these but this was a bad enough experience to point this out.

CHECK YOUR ORDER. Every single time I order from here they either miss items or replace them with whatever they want. I order fries they give you Cole slaw, always miss the chicken tenders. I don’t know why I keep going back. The staff is okay but PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS.

If I could give negative stars, they would get -10. I ordered 2 pot pies and some tenders and the pot pies had almost no filling and the tenders were soggy as hell. I called the store a number of times and no answer. I finally just called the 800 number and was given a partial refund. How about screw the refund and replace my food. These workers want to earn more money? Provide quality food and customer service and maybe they could earn more. One star is to much for this place. It was absolutely filthy inside. Not one table was wiped down. Everything was sticky. From the floor to the doors. My food was awful. The wait time was horrible. The employees could care less. What a shame.

WORST SERVICE ever at any fast food I have been too, ordered two simple Beef, rice and cheese burrito, chicken taco and a coke, waited about 8 minutes, then was told to go to end of driveway waited 10 more minutes was yelled at to move to other side of building, delivery truck in the way, had to go inside, 20 minutes passed, i get my food , get to work and open it and I have two rice and cheese small burritos NO FREAKING BEEF, what kind of an individual would do that without questioning it cannot get through on the phone, I will be contacting taco bell headquarters in Dallas, I know some of the top executives, This franchise is the absolete worst, wont allow me to add my pic.

Service is slow and rude, have been here plenty of times and each time I convince myself to go they take more then enough time to bring out my food and mess up my order or am missing an item from my order. No refunds issued but they make your order wrong each time you order your order will be wrong and late… don’t recommend
