My latest order was absolutely awful..I've been eating KFC for years and this did not even come close to what it should taste like.. didn't receive my gravy, the chicken had noooooo flavor at all and it was greasy, with only thin see-through coating....those secret spices they tell you about they don't even exist. If this is your new plan to save money...you absolutely will, I for one, and everyone I tell won't be coming back...$85 later I'm officially DONE!!!!!

I ordered the honey barbecue finger four piece and when I received my order from Uber, there was hardly any barbecue sauce on it the picture shows fingers are covered in honey bbq sauce but mine didn’t have much on them very disappointing

got wrong items when I placed an order on uber eats just now, ordered chicken box for 2 chicken breast 1 drumstick, recieved 1 breast and two tiny pieces that dont even look like drumsticks, tastes very old too and recieved the wrong sides too I asked for fries and got coselaw and mashed potatoes

The staff at this location were clearly working hard under pressure, so I don’t blame them for how chaotic it got — but the place was packed, and DoorDash orders kept piling up. One woman said she’d been waiting over an hour for her food. It might help if they paused DoorDash orders when things get that backed up so the team can catch up and customers aren’t left waiting so long. Everyone was trying, but it was hectic.

My family and I went into the restaurant after a long day, around 6. The lobby was empty upon entering and we did not receive assistance for a very long time. Finally we did and we were helped by Jaylen she was extremely rude, my daughter dropped her drink by accident and when asked if we could have another one she replied “ yeah sure manager” I will be calling the manager to complain, I’ve worked customer service for nearly 15 years and would never speak to a customer the way she spoke with us.

I did not get the 2 biscuits that were supposed to be included in the 4 piece combo. They did not give me a breast. And the chicken was undercooked. I don’t think I will order from this place again.

Honestly this was just so bad and my bar for KFC is already pretty low had a mobile order and when I went through originally they stuck the bag out the window before my car was even halfway through the line. When I got up there she didn't try to have me a drink and I forgot so I just left and I had to come back for it. They gave me Dr Pepper when I ordered a Pepsi and it had no ice in it. The biscuit was so crunchy hard that I ask for a new one and got a very similar biscuit. The chicken was very dry and weirdly also wet because they put too much batter on it as usual and so the batter didn't stick to the chicken I couldn't finish it. Waste of money, again

Waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich while being the only one in the restaurant. They served it to me with no ingredients. I asked for a side of pickles to put on the sandwich, and they didn't have any. I requested my money back and they obliged, but then the kitchen employee walked to my table and threw out my lunch without asking.

Stay away from the z. Ott store, simply awful service- and food today-- no ice for sodas, ordered z 3 PC and only got two in the box, coleslaw that resembled yogurt... won't ever be back
