In my my opinion, if you're in the business of selling things in numeric quantities...3 pc, 5 pc etc.. I would think being able to count would be a thing

The chicken sandwich did not have any pickles. I do not know why, but my famous bowl had lettuce & tomatoes in it, no gravy & literally 3 pieces of chicken. Don’t order here. Especially thru doordash because they will just give you anything & not care about messing up your order.

This location never gets our order right, you would think I'd learn to double check it before leaving! That's on me. The employees at the order counter have a just don't care attitude.

I don’t usually rate restaurants, but I felt as if I should tell this story. While in the car with my daughter a couple of weeks ago a large piece of ice lodged itself in her tire. Having to stop and get it fixed, we wouldn't be able to make it to our bingo game, which closes doors at 8. Meaning I’d be missing out on my most favorite dip dish. I found myself waiting in this quaint joint restaurant. I was in a melancholy mood as you could expect especially because of my growing appetite. This nice young man with long locked hair working the cash register helped me through the menu and offered a listening ear to my problems. I ended up getting a chalupa for both me and my daughter. In a world full of negativity one person's good attitude can really change someone’s day Im posting this to hopefully help spread that positivity I cannot remember the cashier's name to give personal kudos so this is the way I'm showing my gratitude.

just went to this location earlier and got home and I'm so annoyed, I ordered 2 large Mac and cheeses and only got one small one, gave me coleslaw instead of mash, and didn't give me my ranch either which I was hyped for unfortunately

My latest order was absolutely awful..I've been eating KFC for years and this did not even come close to what it should taste like.. didn't receive my gravy, the chicken had noooooo flavor at all and it was greasy, with only thin see-through coating....those secret spices they tell you about they don't even exist. If this is your new plan to save money...you absolutely will, I for one, and everyone I tell won't be coming back...$85 later I'm officially DONE!!!!!

I ordered the honey barbecue finger four piece and when I received my order from Uber, there was hardly any barbecue sauce on it the picture shows fingers are covered in honey bbq sauce but mine didn’t have much on them very disappointing

got wrong items when I placed an order on uber eats just now, ordered chicken box for 2 chicken breast 1 drumstick, recieved 1 breast and two tiny pieces that dont even look like drumsticks, tastes very old too and recieved the wrong sides too I asked for fries and got coselaw and mashed potatoes

The staff at this location were clearly working hard under pressure, so I don’t blame them for how chaotic it got — but the place was packed, and DoorDash orders kept piling up. One woman said she’d been waiting over an hour for her food. It might help if they paused DoorDash orders when things get that backed up so the team can catch up and customers aren’t left waiting so long. Everyone was trying, but it was hectic.

My family and I went into the restaurant after a long day, around 6. The lobby was empty upon entering and we did not receive assistance for a very long time. Finally we did and we were helped by Jaylen she was extremely rude, my daughter dropped her drink by accident and when asked if we could have another one she replied “ yeah sure manager” I will be calling the manager to complain, I’ve worked customer service for nearly 15 years and would never speak to a customer the way she spoke with us.
