Ordered a 7$ meal. After tax it should be 7.63. Cashier told me it was $8.00, i paid, didnt feel like arguing. I didnt recieve a reciept. Something odd is going on here...... cashier is either pocketing the change or doesnt feel like counting.

They didn't have any saucy sandwiches and didn't replace it with anything or refund me. They also forgot almost all our sauces and shorted us a tender. The food we did receive was tasty.

The fries were absolutely horrendous. Please do not get fries here again. The chicken is OK but the fries oh my God are they rubbery. They feel like they’ve been sitting in the microwave for borderline two years. Please don’t get the fries.

Went to go inside n it was locked at 5:15 on a Saturday 2nd time in a week the door was locked, but drive thru was open so went thru, took a mean minute for them to take the order n then when I got to the window the person didn't seem to want to be there n it took another mean minute to get the food that we ordered a 16 piece with 2 mashed potatoes, coleslaw, mac n cheese n 8 biscuits and had to order an extra mac n cheese n 4 more biscuits they said only had crispy n we were fine wit, but the 4 extra biscuits were smashed in the box with the other 8. We only live a few blocks n still had to warm up the food, chicken was the coldest. But still had the kfc flavor. Seems like they need to hire extra help n train on proper packaging

This was genuinely the best KFC that I have been to in years. The staff was kind and the chicken was juicy the skin was not just falling off was really really good

Ordered food and they forgot a sandwich. The lobby was closed at 8 pm and I had to walk up to the drive through. After telling them they forgot my sandwich they made it but it looked like they smashed it into the bag. Would not recommend going here.

Today 8 March 2025. Came here at 8:50-8:55PM to pick meal for my daughter. The girls working there deliberately shut the lights off by looking me coming into KFC and lock the door . When I went to the window they started to laugh …. The owner should check the cameras and deal with these employees….

There was a flake of algae in my starry soda. Didn't notice until I got home. The ice machine is very overdue for cleaning. Not an uncommon problem for fast food restaurants, but you should skip the drinks here.
8:00pm and the lights are off. I went through drive thru and the people in there are ignoring us and not taking orders or working! One is sleep in the dining area and the other is the back just ignoring cars

The chicken sandwich was great. The fries, not so much. The service was great. Very pleasant, very fast. The place was also very clean. It's not a bad 1st visit to KFC.
