Batter & Bones !!! Where's the chicken ????

8:00pm and the lights are off. I went through drive thru and the people in there are ignoring us and not taking orders or working! One is sleep in the dining area and the other is the back just ignoring cars

The chicken sandwich was great. The fries, not so much. The service was great. Very pleasant, very fast. The place was also very clean. It's not a bad 1st visit to KFC.

Prices are way too high for the size of the pieces of chicken they giving you,$4.00 for an extra side of Cole slaw is ridiculous. I paid $30.00 for 2 small meals, never again!

Just leaving this location literally after taking damn near 20 minutes for the girl to get my order correct. Started off in drive thru then came in because I thought it was me but it was the cashier. Young and dumb with no good management. She was leaned over counter texting on phone and her whole demeanor was trash. The girl who even bagged my food was just as bad. I will never come to this location. They need better management.

Brandon made it all worth it, he was so nice and patient with me and all the customers. He definitely deserves a raise, i wish theres was somebody like in the corporate who sees this message. We need more people like him.

How are you going to charge $20 for a family fill up box and put 6 pieces of chicken in the box but then give 4 single portions for sides?! If it's a family meal then the sides should be big enough to feed the family not 1 side per person

They gave me the wrong chicken and were somehow out of fries at 9pm on a Friday night. I understand that they were out of the comeback sauce, since it's delicious and the whole reason that I wanted KFC. The chicken i was given was cold and dried out, and the mashed potatoes I got instead of fries were cold as well. The lone redeeming quality of the visit was the very polite and friendly young man that was on drive thru and the window. That dude deserves a raise. He is the only reason that i gave a 2 star rating. Very disappointed and I don't know if I'm coming back for anything but the comeback sauce. I might just get my chicken from Popeyes next time.

Don't go through drive-thru they will give you want they want.to get rid of always must check my meal & it's always wrong didn't ask for certain side thought I would get mash potatoes and cold slaw got macaroni and cheese paid for 3 pieces white paid upgrade price got 2 legs & thigh but caught it then told No wings not happy with this place not the 1st time , people PLEASE check food before leaving

Messed up my order through Doordash, did not receive the mashed potatoes as part of my order. When I called back to complain, the phone number at this location goes to a voicemail with a hostile message of "This is KFC, if you want to order, you better do it online or do it fast."

Seriously, how is that remotely acceptable customer service?! Was a loyal customer, but that voicemail alone turned me off from ever ordering from this store again.
