Went there a few weeks ago and was looking for a nail place that could do more than the normal polish and i saw all the nice pictures on their instagram so i booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance with them on their site. 3 weeks passes by and i walk in the salon on the day of and i tell them my name and that I had made an appt online and they kinda ignored me and acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I waited in there for a half hour and i wasnt even acknowledged so at that point i walked out. Super disappointed by how rude they were

So, I learned about this salon through a friend who said they do "instagram" worthy nails. Being new to the city, I had to check it out. The first couple of times I went there were great--I loved my nail tech and it was the first time I'd ever received a mani where the gems/stones/nails didn't pop off in between fills. Ultimately, I decided to enroll in their membership plan, paying $60/month. This was "advertised" to include two visits a month, with two services per visit. So i could get a full set and a spa pedi one visit, and like another full set and another spa pedi a second visit w/in a month for the flat fee. This worked out well during my first visit. Unfortunately, this was short lived, and my favorite nail tech left (or was pushed out rather), so I had to settle for other less-than-talented technicians. The last 3 manis I have received from the Nailery have ALL lifted and popped off in less than a week. The acrylic application has been weak and thin. And the most recent time, 6 of the stones applied popped off THE SAME DAY, and one of the nails cracked in half 4 days after my visit, making my manicure look horrible. Their customer service also SUCKS. Don't walk-in and expect to be greeted. And definitely don't call and expect to be treated respectfully. I had a scheduled appt at 1pm during my last visit, but I wasn't seen until AFTER 2:15pm! And the person that ended up doing my mani wasn't even the person they scheduled me with. Apparently, they scheduled me with a person who wasn't going to be in that day? IF YOU KNOW A NAIL TECH WILL NOT BE IN, DON'T SCHEDULE THEM WITH A PAYING CUSTOMER!! The manager was not accommodating or nice about it at all, with her taking walk-in customers over me. They've also refused on more than one occasion to give me my two services in one visit, which is promised in their membership plan. I'm sure the shade that I've experience recently is bc i was a frequent customer of a nail tech who no longer works with them. Management would try and discourage me and other ppl from booking w/her bc. But she was the nicest person there. I don't respect the way they do business. Anyways, I had to buy press-on nails in between my last visit just for my nails to look nice. They've stayed on longer than acrylic nails from here, and I am much happier with them. Needless to say, I am cancelling my "membership" after this and will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.

I've tried to give the nailery the benefit of the doubt on more than one occasion. Every time I get my nails done by them one of them breaks. I do understand I have very short nails, so that's possible but every single time? This time I got my nails done on Thursday I made an appointment came in on Wednesday (because everyone can't just drop what they're doing to run to the nail shop) and was charged $3 for a nail to be replaced. I did not argue about the $3 because I do understand rules are rules and apparently I surpassed the 1 week rule, although it's been 6 days and my nail broke 2 days after it was done. Also, I have these dirty air bubbles in my nails. If they know you or you're there every 2 weeks they do your nails beautifully. I will not be returning they lost a customer and I've said this before but I mean it this time.

Best nail salon in Buffalo. Tia is amazing as well as her staff. I like to get pretty wild with my nails and she always has new, awesome products to use. Their instagram is full of the great work they do. Prices are very fair for the amount and quality of work that's put into your finished product.

My daughter and I have been visiting the Nailary for over a year and I'm truly surprised by the negative reviews. I love that you can book appointments online and the prices are decent. Zanna is an excellent nail tech and she does beautiful nail art. Everyone has always been helpful and friendly. It definitely has a family feel. It's a small locally owned shop but definitely not cookie cutter like some other places I've been. We have the membership which was explained very well and I was notified what day each month the payment would be coming out. I've had to reach out to the shop to ask a question a few times and the owner Tia was always very responsive. I would and have recommended this shop to several of my friends.

They do a pretty decent gel manicure. It's not the best ever but not the worst. I've gotten multiple acrylic full sets from them where they've actually damanged my nail beds and didn't secure the fasle tip to my nail with enough glue so the tips popped off and damanged my natural nails. The pedicures are fantastic however! I've never had a bad experience with the pedis. The nail techs aren't very friendly and act like you're disturbing them when you sit down for service. However this place is horribly managed. The owner always has her children in the shop causing a mess and crying. It's hard to relax when there's babies crying. The Nailery recently started a membership package that was a pretty good deal, however they changed the way payment was taken for the membership without informing their clients. Instead of being a considerate business and contacting clents when you change the way payment is taken, The Nailery just simply closed my account without informing me of that either. Truely horrible buisness practices, they basically stole $65 from me and refused to give me service. I will never be a customer here ever again.

My first time going to this salon and I wish I had better feedback to give. The appointment was scheduled a day prior, they sent me a text confirming my time- seemed legit. Showed up for my appointment on time, at noon, was not seen until 12:48. Irritated but I was already there so I figured why bother leaving. I went over the style of nails I wanted, the length, etc. Did not get anything close. Waste of 50 bucks. -this was for a full set with the "special acrylic". Scam artists. Avoid this place.

The only thing that bothers me is the fact that when you set up morning appointments on the weekend, the shop is not open. Twice I have scheduled 10:30-11:30 appointments and on both occasions, no one was there. There is no other number to call to checkb to see what's going on besides the shop number. I wish they would call, text,or email you if something happens and they can't make it to the shop. Other than that, I love going there and I love the technician that does my nails. I just wish there was better communication.

One of the worst manicures. Terrible file the gel they used was old. Lasted 5 days and my nails broke. I do no recommend.

I was really disappointed with this place. I heard great things. While my nails turned out decent. The salon wasn't well kept. The young woman who did my nails was very kind but very rough on my hands. Probably won't return.

Decent place to get quick mani pedi . Not from the city and decided to get nails done . Place was clean and the prices were decent compared to Other cities . I messed up my nail and came back a few hours later and they didn't fuss about it I would go back ...

I get my nails done in a lot of different cities and this has to be one of the most disappointing places I've been too. I got a gel mani & gel pedi as I do at every other salon. The lady insisted on using the drill to get my old polish off when I like it to be soaked so it doesn't take off my nail as well. She used the drill anyways and made my nails extremely thin, the drill was hot on my finger. I had my manicure for 2 days before my nail polish started chipping and my nails started breaking. I get my nails done every 2 weeks and I have not had this happen to me any other time. My gel manicure always lasts me my two full weeks. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The service was terrible and it seems as if she has people she knows work there not people who are experienced.

I stopped at this nail salon in between my classes on Friday. The staff was rude, there were crying babies louder than the music, and it wasn't even a quality manicure. The technician that did my nails told me the wrong price for the manicure, and when I went to pay for it, I questioned her because she asked for $3 more than what I was told, and she gave me the dirtiest look and then yelled at her employee in front of all the customers. For $33, I could have spent my money so many different ways, it's disappointing in the least. I will not be back to this nail salon.

The staff are not pleasant. Service is slow the owner frequently stops to tend to her kids that she keeps there everyday! The nail techs are rude. Didn't open a chair for me to sit at the dryer I had to open a chair with wet nails. When you walk in they say can I help you! Duh clearly! Let rephrase that. Hello! How may we help you! Horrible experience fooled me three times. Never again. Nails done on Monday broke on Wednesday. Staff is very u professional and dry.
