On February 6, 2025 we experienced incredibly poor customer service. We tried to go to the Labatt House for dinner before a concert last night and were told by the hostess that they couldn't seat us at a table because we were a party of 2 but that we could go sit at the bar and order food there. There were no empty seats at the bar (the hostess did walk with us to the bar and verified this). We noticed that there was a small circular high top with 4 stools that was open and we asked to sit there. We were then told by the manager that we could not sit there because were were only a party of 2 and it was a table for a party of 4. I looked around and said "There are at least 6 of these exact tables in the same section that only have two people occupying the tables, I don't understand why we cannot sit here." I was told that they were seated before it became busy. We took our business elsewhere.
they have something on the menu that says 5 sings for $5 with a sandwich, and our nice waitress told me they don’t do it? take it off the menu??
This is a must see spot. A restaurant and full bar right in the heart of the city. The vibe is off the hook. Large parking garage across the way, also next door and street parking available with lots of lighting close to the venue. Very hometown friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Clean, smells good, and fun. Amazing bartenders and shout out to the cook. Loved the QR codes around the restaurant for access to the food and drink menu. The burgers were Soooooooooooooo gooooooooood ❤️ we sat at the bar, heard stories , and enjoyed being in the presence of the locals. The drinks were cold, the food was hot and the service was spot on. If you are in the area please do yourself a favor and stop in. It definitely is a HIDDEN GEM ? big shout out to Jason for making the day special. Jeff is a big Labatt Blue fan and being at the USA mother ship was a moment in time he will never forget. Melts my heart that people like Jason still exist. ?
The environment was nice as we sat outside and played corn hole, however the food was terrible. I am not sure if it depends on when you go, the pictures of the food which was posted was not even close to what we were served. The pizza was not actual dough more of tortilla crust that you can get at the store for 5 dollars. It tasted like carboard and the sandwich we got was cold. Our waiter was nice but it took almost an hour and half for our food when the place was nearly empty. Also, the men's bathroom was so gross, it looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. I was very let down by the restaurant.
The burger was legit and the people were nice. Not given a hard time for being a red wings fan but happy with the bar overall a decent place.
Went here last night before the Sabres vs Leafs game. Please do yourself a favour and arrive before 5pm. The place was jammed at 5:10 when we arrived. Our wait was 40+ mins for a table, which ended up being a side by side bar seat. Once we placed our order (single chicken fingers, sweet potato fries and beers) it took 40 mins for the food to arrive. The food was typical bar food. The five fingers were sizable and meaty. The basket of sweet potato fries was plentiful. It was a great atmosphere for a sports fan looking to grab drinks prior to the game.
Holy cow! $20 for a double shot - $10 a shot - buyer beware! Don’t buy shots!
The food was terrible. Burger was tasted like carboard and the kids didnt like the Mac and cheese. Said it had no flavor. How can you mess that up. Our waiter was rude and wanted to know if we were staying. We didn't even have food yet. It took almost an hour for our food when the place was nearly empty. Also, the men's bathroom was so gross, it looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I was very let down by the restaurant.
Excellent service if you are just looking for a place to hang and bar food. Wings were great…service awesome. Nice beer garden and large indoor area. Had a great time here.

The audio selection here is on point!
Not the same place it used to be before the pandemic. The menu is basic bar food. Restrooms are extremely dirty ( looks like it has been a long time since they cleaned the toilets). Makes me wonder if the bathrooms are this dirty how is the kitchen?
Fun time, great service!
I have to thank Ryan for the fast and excellent IPA recommendation, then kyle our server for the quick, accurate, and unobtrusive service, and Joe for hustling like a maniac to ensure that the machine stayed well oiled. Dont miss this place before a Sabres game. The food was out fast, hot, and tasted good. The drinks came immediately, even when ordering from the waiter. My go to now before the game.
Service was great. Food was good and decent price
