beautiful distillery / wedding venue near railroad, multiple patios outside may be good to enjoy some cigars. professional patrons in their 30s, Pro: easy parking Con: near rough neighborhood. glad they have lasted through covid

First time visiting on a Saturday night. Super dissapointed, took an hour to get water and meet our waitress. Orders were placed wrong and then said they would be off the bill and they weren't. Drinks were weak, food was average.

We went there to get a fish fry and it was excellent. It was a huge television screen in there for any sports lover to watch the Sabres game or a bills game and the food is really really good. Unfortunately they didn't insulate very well and if there's a lot of noisy folks in there, you cannot hear yourself think other than that it's a pretty beautiful place for being a barrel factory I highly recommend it to someone who wants to go have a new experience at a new restaurant.

Food was fabulous. Ordered the steak and menu said potatoes but she asked if rice was ok. Of course it was. We also ordered a side salad that could feed 2 and a glass of wine for each of us. Food was spectacular, even green beans!! Yum. Brought half home.

Walked in and we were immediately treated rudely. No greeting, Just an angry woman who told us “You can't order for at least 30 minutes because we are backed up by a wedding.” While life happens and it is understandable that the kitchen was backed up, they handled this very poorly. The way it should have went down was with an apology instead of the rudeness. “We are so sorry. We understand that you have a reservation and your patronage is important to us. Unfortunately, we have had some back up in the kitchen. Could we offer you a drink while you look at the menu? We will get your order in as soon as we can”. Simple kindness goes a long way. It is also important to note that tables who came in 20 minutes after us were served before us.

I made a 730 reservation and as I walked in they looked surprised and that's where they told me the kitchen was closed for some reason until 8 and I was more then welcomed to wait until the kitchen reopened... at 730 with no other reservations I had to stay... I'm not even upset with that, every drink was terrible and both my soup and my entree were cold.... the manager did nothing for us my server was the only saving Grace but I'm still never never go back

The Barrel Factory never disappoints! The service is friendly and efficient and the quality of the food and beverages is spectacular. Portions are large and prices are very reasonable. We were there during restaurant week and the deals were perfect for us! We intend to return!

The only issue I had is that, since this was restaurant week, that special menu was the only one available. I would have liked to have a wider selection off the regular menu as well. But a very good experience, I will be back.

Cocktails were top notch - with a nice variety to choose from. The options offered for Restaurant week were adequate at 2 different price points. The $39 option which my group opted for included a lot - cocktail, charcuterie board, entree, and dessert! Sweet Potato Lasagna was an interesting choice - huge portion, and very tasty (but then again, I love sweet potatoes). Service was attentive. I really hope this restaurant continues to succeed! This was my 2nd trip and I look forward to future trips.

The food was good and our server was very kind and on top of things. I'm unsure if it was staffing issues but we were seated for an hour and a half before we received our food. The restaurant was not busy at the time. Good selection of specials and drinks!

We enjoyed our meal and the service. Unfortunately there were no more tables in the upper section so they sat us by ourselves next to the restrooms, kitchen, and an obnoxiously bright grow light that sits over some plants. We had hoped to be closer to other people and the music. Otherwise we had a nice time.

The ambiance is nice. The server was new but fairly attentive. The shareable menu food was great. But the main course meals, do not order. The broccoli was so hard you couldn't cut it with a table knife. The vegan vegetable dish was sour and vegetables mushy. $17 for that dish and one bite and done. If you go, try the shareable menu but skip the main courses.

Wonderful experience on the front patio. There were two large events going on while we were there. Front patio was relaxing. Our waitress was excellent. The food was outstanding! Absolutely nothing negative to report!

Arrived at our reservation time, 430, told us that was impossible because they changed hours, I said it said open at 4 on OpenTable, they said they would figure it out for me. Was given a very abbreviated menu, that was "temporary." Not the menu I saw online, and did not have the dishes I was interested in. The waitress was good and saved the night for us. She brought our drinks quickly and checked in on us. Food was slow, I assume because we were there before they "opened," I did see 4 people in their open air kitchen, so I'm not sure why it took so long for our food. Several other groups came in before they were "open." Once the food arrived, it was OK, nothing too special but not bad. Wish I could have tried the items I wanted. I may give the restaurant another shot when they return to their normal menu.

We had downloaded the menu and had in our minds what we wanted. When we arrived, we were given a one page menu. Very disappointing. One of the members in our group ordered a hamburger with mayo in the side and other condiments left off. After a half hour wait the burger appeared with everything on it and no mayo to the side. He planned to attend the Music Trivia Bingo therefore did not have time to reorder or send back. The people at the bar were very loud, making us unable to converse at our round table in the corner. We did appreciate our waiter and getting individual bills. Would recommend for younger adults.
