Today was the last time I will ever bother with this over priced, self important, budget, long John silvers. Drinks? Wrong. Food? Barely mediocre. Mark, the waiter even decided that he was going to be rude. Inconsiderate and unhelpful staff, including the bar tender that lied about the contacts of my drink were the final straw. The service and food were so poor. I couldn't even justify leaving a tip. This may be the second time in my entire life. I haven't left a tip. I will never spend another dime here.

Worst calamari I’ve ever had in my life. Was likely thrown in the fryer as a clump and it came out mushy. $16 for that is crazy. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad calamari order in my life until tonight. Gave 2 stars because the lobster roll was ok.
I was seated outside in mid afternoon on a week day. It was not busy and there seemed to be ample waitstaff on hand to handle the patrons. I waited almost 15 minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone that appeared to be a server. I tried to hail three separate servers all of whom would say “not my table” and walk away. No one stoped by to say “we’ll be with you shortly” or “let me tell your server you are here”. I tried several times to get some sort of acknowledgement but decided to walk out. While passing the hostess stand who was busy scrolling on her mobile phone, I said that no one had even acknowledged my presence for 15 mins and she said “sorry ‘bout that”…. Seriously the service here sucks.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. I took my sister here for her birthday, and it was the worst service I have ever experienced. The lady behind the bar was inexperienced about the drink I asked for. So she asked another bartender for assistance. To which he was not about at all! Completely rude and short with my sister and I. Then when another party ( of about six people ) came in, he brushed us off and treated them like they were old pals. Oh, it was also one of their birthdays as well. Which he was all about. I could go on about a few more things, but I believe I said enough.
I am not interested in becoming friends with this person so I can get the royal treatment. Because that is how I took this place to be.

Frank was our server and he shouldn’t work here. He’s not friendly, had no patience, and acted like we didn’t matter the whole time. We have 6 people in our group, one was 13 and didn’t order anything but he still included gratuity in the check. If they didn’t, he wouldn’t have even gotten 10% as a tip.

I am incredibly disappointed with our meal this evening. I order the Diver Scallops, and at $32 I was expecting decent quality. The brussel sprouts were hard, I couldn’t even stick my fork in some of the bacon as it was rock hard and burnt and to make it even worse the scallops themselves were burnt. My niece’s hamburger was also burnt on both sides.
The service was quick, and the server polite and understanding; so I do appreciate that. But I can’t recommend this restaurant based on the food. This was our first day in Buffalo and I hope it’s not an omen of what is to be expected from a seafood restaurant.
