I totally get that rush hour can get crazy 😅💨 and everyone’s hustling back there 🍕👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 — but I think things would run way smoother if someone was keeping an eye on the counter 👀🛎️.

When drivers walk in, we’re all kinda left standing there unsure if we should interrupt or if our orders are being worked on 🤷‍♂️⏳. That awkward “I don’t wanna bother you but I have to ask” vibe 😬➡️🙋‍♂️.

A quick “Hey, I see you — we’ll check your order in a sec!” would help a ton 🙌💯. It would cut down stress for the staff AND the customers 👥❤️.

Everyone’s grinding, I get it — just a little communication would make a huge difference ✨📣🙂

Nothing is ever hot or ready after 4pm
and if it is its not fresh.I dont even try to come here for dinner anymore(30-40 min waits) place is always packed at night because they have no food ready and staff doesnt care they walk around high and miserable ignoring the counter til people eventually walk out. Avenues around the corner has better ingredients better service and can have a better tasting fresh pizza done in 25 minutes after ordering. This place sucks

I ordered this after my dentist appointment, so ever 4 months. This place is cheap, and fast at making food. Was able to wait for an Uber while I ordered, and it still came before the Uber did. I especially love their crazy bread! The store inside is quite small, but the staff is pretty friendly.

Extremely ghetto and unprofessional staff. I ordered a lunch combo and breadsticks, waited 30 minutes for my food. Cashier didn’t know how to count change back to me. Staff was on their phones, with an attitude while helping customers. This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve been to this far. And my breadsticks weren’t even cooked all the way.

If I could give this place less stars I would. This place is the dumpiest, cringiest place I've ever been. If you are from the area do not come here literally go to any other location in the area. especially if you like to do your orders online so that they are ready when you get it. I went to the location on Delaware for a DoorDash pickup. When you have a mobile order it gives you a code to put into a screen. I went in and put my code in and the box opened up and nothing was in the slot where it was supposed to be. Casually I thought it must've not been ready yet,I waited two minutes then resubmit the code and the screen read invalid code. So I talked to the guy at the counter and he went up to his manager and told him the situation I literally heard them talking in the kitchen. Manager said it must have already been picked up. When the employee came back up front he told me what the manger said and left it at that. There was no getting ahold of anyone. The way they treat people in that place needs to be stopped. I mean when a customer has an issue you don't ignore them and leave it at that. I asked what im supposed to do on my end because it literally was a DoorDash it wasn't my food. I still got ignored and treated horribly. I honestly wouldn't be writing a review if it was just that I get there isn't much you can do if someone picks up the wrong order but the way I was treated and ignored was beyond disrespectful. this honestly falls on management. how do you know thats whats going on and drop it with no ounce of compensation or even assurance that Ill get somewhere ignoring a person is not professional at all. literally somebody when I was in there made an online order two days ago and scheduled the pickup for 530 yesterday (on the playoffs) when they asked where it is and showed the conformation in email with time it was supposed to be made the same employee was trying to say that she ordered it two days ago and ignored her to. Manager decided to make another employee give her a refund so now the lady who had it scheduled to pick up left having to worry about what their eating for diner. I bet she ordered cuz she was having a party of sum for playoffs now on top of not getting her food she has to go back out to get something else . it's just crazy how don't you think about other people. all consideration is out the window in places like these. like I said it really falls on management for allowing their employees to act like that as well as themselves. employee literally blamed me and said "Its on you to pick up the order your supposed to be here" buddy can wash his face b4 tryna blame it on me its your job to make sure orders don't get stolen if you were paying attention and not flirting it wouldn't happen. literally I let bro have it once I saw him flirting with other employees instead of doing his job. the fact you can flirt with an employee in the workplace instead doing your job is nasty. when a female employee asked him for a side of sauce for an order and said "idk can you" then when she tried walking back to do her job he walked into her pushing her behind the wall behind register and said I didnt expect you to stop like bro you stopped her that is literal flirting if you ask me. is that something you want going on while making your food its just gross flirting should not be allowed in a workplace this is clearly a problem on management everything that happened and the way people are treated falls on management.
