I walked in drunkenly, asked for my order black bean burrito. Was told they didn't have the order. Confidently, I showed my email receipt. I was told it was for the Williamsville location.... They were very nice and made my burrito in less than a minute.

We stopped on Hertel Street to see the murals and so checked out Lloyd Taco Factory for lunch. Awesome menu! We went New School and enjoyed Dirty South (fried chicken) and Crispy Fish tacos, splitting a Cortez Salad. Great flavors!! So unique!! Loved the ambience of the restaurant/bar. Note that you place your food order at the counter; pick up when your number is called. Similarly place your bar order at the bar. We will definitely return next time we are in Buffalo!

Funky spot to stop for some really good tacos or burritos. Good flavor and friendly help. There’s a full bar inside and the food counter where you order. Plenty of seating in and out but very casual and communal. We enjoyed our food. They have their own menu items but you can customize as you wish.

The burritos used to be a great value because they are so large, but the prices have increased. I understand due to all other prices increasing and covid didn't help, but I feel like the quality just isn't quite the same. I mean, it tasted fine, but I really miss the cotija cheese. That tiny bit of shredded mozz, or whatever, doesn't have much taste. They used to also have rocket sauce by the food truck if you wanted a little more, but they don't do that anymore. I think I may have been charged extra for the tiny bit of rocket sauce I asked for as extra. It says $10.99 on the truck, and I was charged over $12 with the tax. Usually when I ask for it on the side, I get the full-strength version and I can add what I want to suit me, but they gave me a watered-down version with no heat at all. Probably because I asked for mild. I didn't know they watered it down when you get a side of it, that was the first time I got it like that. Will ask for medium next time. The rice and beans are ok, I think a little flavor wouldn't hurt, but I know they are a filler and not the main ingredient. Some of that watered down rocket sauce would actually taste really good if they added it to the rice and beans while being cooked. I do like the crunch of the cabbage, much better than wilted lettuce. I forgot to ask for cilantro this time. They include cilantro in the tacos, but not the burritos. You can ask for it though. I wonder if they charge extra for that. I thought you got pickled reds on the burrito, but maybe they charge extra for that now, not sure. I can't complain about the size though, very large and filling. Overall, it's not quite what it used to be, but still very good.

2 hours I waited for my food that was already paid for after the two hour wait they said they don't have my order but u have my money ! Worst place ever !

I've honestly never had a drier, smaller, more unfavorable taco than I have from Lloyd's. Do yourself a favor and try D.A. Taste in South Buff. You'll have to wait and it's a bit more than Lloyd's, but it is a million times more flavorful and filling.

Expect to wait an hour or more when in person. Take out orders get priority. Not a good system. Check out Taco Bell much faster just as good.
Food is subpar at best. Very bland, only upside is they are organic. The other downside is their Doordash practices. They take the driver’s tips and don’t pay them out. If you order from here, give your driver cash or else they won’t see a tip.

Yo lloyds food at taco factory has gone DOWN. Quality is horrible now. Drove all the way from south towns & it wasn't even busy inside restaurant with a lot of staff. Food sucked, I loved lloyds know I have no faith.
